Waterhouse Ridge Memory Care was founded on the principle that life doesn’t stop when you walk through our doors; it is simply the start of a new chapter. We recognize that the hard work, sacrifices and contributions made by preceding generations have paved the way for us to live a better life, and we consider it a great honor to provide these individuals with the care and respect they deserve.
The Waterhouse Ridge logo consists of a laurel wreath surrounding the letter “W’. The laurel wreath has historically represented victory and honor and it is an appropriate symbol to acknowledge, recognize and celebrate the residents we serve; each one has loved, lost, and seen the world in a way that we can all learn from.
There are no “visiting hours” at Waterhouse Ridge; friends and family members are always welcome to enjoy a meal and even participate in a fun activity with their loved one. Prospective residents and their family members are encouraged to visit as well. We always welcome an opportunity to learn more about what matters most to you and your loved one.

Waterhouse Ridge Memory Care has a lot of open space for dining and activities. The facility is bigger, but the rooms are so small that it would not work for my father. There was a shower in the bathroom and we didn't feel like that would be appropriate for someone who has memory issues, like himself. They have activities, a nice courtyard, and a huge dining area. It is more of a social community. They're very much wanting residents to interact socially. The employees are very friendly and very nice, too.

Waterhouse Ridge Memory Care was beautiful. It was a newer place. They didn't have enough staff at the time, so they would not accept my husband, but the staff was really friendly and very nice. They had private rooms but we mostly looked at shared rooms with big bathrooms between the two separate rooms. They take them out on a bus to go to places as part of their activities.

My wife was in a much larger facility with much higher costs prioir to Waterhouse.
She was with Waterhouse for an extended period of time. My assesment is that their staff is very well trained to handle the huge task they have undertaken. They are always available and willing to handle my questions and provide information. At the larger facility there were occasions where she needed medical care that they did not act upon. When I learned of those at visits I took care of getting help myself. I recommend Waterhouse very highly.

My parents moved into Waterhouse Ridge Memory Care. The staff is extremely helpful, and show a genuine interest in the residents. Their room is like a small apartment with great windows. They have garden areas. It's been a blessing that we found them, and only wished we found them sooner.

Waterhouse Ridge is the best memory care facility for my Mom. They have a great Leadership Director who has fun with the residents when they are doing activities. My mom loves the employees and we know she is very well taken care of.

The memory care at Waterhouse Ridge Memory Care was a bit too much for my mom. She doesn't need it quite yet, but the place was wonderful. It was absolutely beautiful, very pleasant, clean, and modern. Everything was there for people who were far gone in the memory situation. I talked to the manager, who gave me a very good tour. We saw everything. They were getting it set up for Christmas party. I was very impressed.

Waterhouse Ridge Memory Care was very nice. It was the most beautiful one that I saw, but it’s very expensive. Nevertheless, it’s new and clean. The people seemed very helpful. I was shown an empty village as there were no people in it yet. There were many different types and sizes of rooms, but it was over my budget.

Waterhouse was very nice, brand new, and seemed like they really trained their staff on how to deal with dementia patients. The carpet in the bedrooms was not a match for my husband. They had all kinds of rooms, including both Jack and Jill and private rooms. They had a bus to take them out to places. The staff was very attentive and very helpful.

We toured recently Waterhouse Ridge. It’s very nice and very new. They just opened within the last couple of months. They’re running a few specials to get people to move in. They’re very nice people, and we liked the arrangements and layout of the facility. It seemed to me that they were a little light on activities for the residents. They didn’t have a pool or a workout room, and they said they’re going to take people places, but we don’t know if that will happen. The residents didn’t seem to have a whole lot to do.
