Emerald Gardens is a senior housing facility that offers assisted living and memory care. This community setting allows residents a more comfortable and intimate living environment. My mother moved into Emerald Gardens. I think she's getting good care from what my mom tells me, we're not allowed in the facility so I can't see what's going on. She's comfortable in her room, she says the people there, other residents, they don't talk much, and my mom's pretty active, and she just could play bingo, but that's about all, there's no puzzles, or card playing going on. I can't see what they're feeding them, I haven't been able to go down there and pay for dinner and see what it's like, but she said it's OK. I do know she sent some clothes down to wash, they came back, she lost a pair of pants, a shirt, and a towel, and I can't go in; it's frustrating. The building and outside are really nice, everything is kept clean, I think they really care, I think they're really worried about the COVID 'cause they take extra precautions which I think is good. They take your temperature and you have to sign in, they're on top of that thing.

Emerald Gardens is a wonderful place. They go from assisted living to memory care, and after my mother's money runs out they go to Medicaid. They're wonderful people over there. It's neat, clean, and well taken care of. They had all kinds of activities. We've known several of the residents and they're really happy with the food. They had a TV room, a computer that the residents can use, a room where they play cards, and a patio deck. The staff is really devoted to taking care of the elderly. We didn't run into anybody that we felt uncomfortable with. They're a very outgoing community. They're always remodeling, cleaning, and painting. They're really well kept up.

I've been visiting Emerald Gardens for several years. The minute you walk in the door you're greeted with a smile.
The staff treat their residents like family. I've never seen a staff member walk past a resident without stopping to chat.
The management team treat their staff with respect and it shows by how happy they are at work.
They always have fun and exciting activities planned and encourage both the residents and their loved ones to join in.
I would highly recommend Emerald Gardens for both Assisted Living and Memory Care.
