My father is presently here and the staff are very helpful! Especially if you need to talk privately to them or the resident needs something special. They go out of their way to help in any way they can!
This is the second time my father has been a resident. The first time was such a positive experience that when he needed to go back we chose Evergreen again!

For the year that my mother-in-law spent at Evergreen Court, I was at peace in knowing she was well taken care of.
During visits, when I spoke privately to staff members in regards to some requests for my mother, The staff was quick in getting those needs taken care of.
Be It making a craft, assistance in getting your hair styled at the beauty salon, having scripture study class, or listening to musicians coming in to entertain, there was always something happening for the residents to participate in.

Had my grandma live there before she passed, and the staff was attentive to her needs and the staff was very friendly and made me and my grandma feel comfortable. Living quarters and food are great for comfortable living and accessibility.

My mom in there for a few months.
I found it to be very non professional and dirty.
All though I met with the director and head nurse prior to moving her in the staff had a hard time following through with my moms needs and request. They wouldn't even follow simple things like putting on her socks and a sweater or do potty reminders. I would visit her and find her cold and bent over and her wet clothes on her floor. I finally had to tape notes on her walls in her room as reminders. Her room was too small and crowded for 2 roommates so after a horrible fall I decided to move my mom and at that time the director had the nerve to tell me I had to give a 30 day notice which was incorrect since my mom was on Medicaid.
