We chose RN Villa Senior Care Community for my mother. I took a tour of the facility. It's a very nice facility. I like the fact that they have a 40-resident capacity because that meets my needs at this point in time. So overall, the tour was nice. My interaction with the staff was very good and it left me knowing that that was the place I wanted to have my mother live. When I went they were having a painting class and there were several people. I understand they have bingo. I understand they have little events for various special days, and holidays. I didn't interact with a lot of staff. I interacted with the nurse. I interacted with the housekeeper, one caregiver, and of course, the food area. Everyone that I met, just seemed very genuine in the sense that they were passionate about the work that they were doing and they were happy about that.

Always turnover, lots of lazy staff. Horrible food. Some caregivers are amazing, but a lot are lazy and treat residents without compassion.

We moved our 94 year old father into RN Villa last March, after touring several assisted living centers. Our family's experience has been very positive from the front door throughout the facility at every level of care. Everyone's friendly, caring and knowledgeable. The daily menu is good with substitutions offered. This facility is secure and very clean. Varied extra activities are offered & seasonal decor is uplifting to residents and visitors. A person's dignity is upheld at all times. If I have a question, I am made to feel completely comfortable stopping any staff member right up to the owners & any issue is addressed immediately and resolved as soon as possible. We feel blessed to have Dad in residence at RN Villa.
