Washington Gardens is a stand-alone Memory Care designed to provide exceptional person-centered holistic care to residents with cognitive impairment. Located in the heart of Washington County, the community is nestled within a quiet, safe neighborhood. Residents living in memory care units receive extra help with many different tasks from specialized caregivers. Hospitality and healthcare staff members monitor residents' well-being and help keep them healthy. Services provided include everything from convenient access to skilled nursing to activities of daily living (ADLs). Residents can participate in a variety of sensory activities such as creating art in a class environment, baking and cooking lessons, and musical programs.

My husband was at Washington Gardens Memory Care for respite care. He had a private room and they took great care of him. Everything went well. The staff was very attentive to his needs and the place was very clean.
