Prestige Senior Living Riverwood was nice and clean. They had lots of nice activities on their calendar, like exercises, games, happy hours, and a Halloween costume party coming up. It looked like they had a variety of options for their meals. They had studio and 1-bedroom apartments with different decoration levels that you can pay to upgrade. They were nice and clean and were located on different floors.

While researching facilities for my father's future home, I kept coming back to Prestige Sr. Living Riverwood Sherwood. The staff was extremely helpful in my research, educating me on what types of questions to ask, and helping me navigate through the various facility types and services. Staff provided information on financial support services and veteran's benefits that I was not aware of, this was very beneficial. Riverwood had several room size options to select from, all were very clean and or freshly painted. Options for different paint colors were also provided. The dining area is large and resembles a restaurant environment. The outdoor garden space is beautiful, peaceful and the residents are very friendly.

My mom is ready to go into Prestige Riverwood. The place was clean and welcoming. I met several people, and they were all friendly and helpful. Several residents were walking about, and actually some were taking strolls outside. The menu looked good. The facility looked good and homey. The apartment was empty, but it will look homey when she gets in there. They have a beauty salon; it hasn't been open because of COVID, but it will eventually. They also have an entertainment area.

Prestige Senior Living Riverwood is a very good choice for anybody. The room was a good layout and very well sized. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. I got there just before lunch time so they were trying to communicate with all the people in the hallways as they were going to lunch. The dining area was very nice, very clean and very well presented. The place was very clean and very nice. They were remodeling most of the rooms. We looked at one that was remodeled and it was very pretty. It was a nice enough room, but it needed the upgrade.

Prestige Senior Living Riverwood's studio was adequate. It seemed like it kept residents busy. Most of the people I talked to were very knowledgeable and nice.

I visited Prestige Senior Living Riverwood. It was really nice, great, and had big rooms. However, it did not have direct outdoor access.

Mom moved into Prestige Senior Living, and it was OK the first week; however, she got sick and was transferred to hospice after. They were not setup to take care of a hospice person. The food was really good in the dining room, but the food in the room trays was cold and late for old people. They take people places, have movie nights, shopping trips, and an outside activity once a month. I would recommend it to anybody that didn't need a lot of care, but if you are incontinent and in bed, this is not the place for you.

We visited Prestige Senior Living Riverwood, and it's wonderful. I call it my happy place. They have a lot of activities. They go to places, and they make sure you get to the doctors. This is a really nice place with nice and big windows. The bathroom is great because there is a slide in shower, and there is nothing to step over.

We chose Riverwood for my mother-in-law because it was convenient, small and close to where we lived. I liked the staff because they showed personal interest to the residents who lived there. The facility had a 50-bed capacity only. The rooms were big and the shower was really nice. The dining room was spacious. They had various activities like games, cooking, and much more. They have a bus that takes the residents shopping. It would have been nice if they could improve the food which was kind of bland for me. My mother-in-law was happy and I would recommend this place to other people.
