The Village at Keizer Ridge is a safe place. We have another relative that is living there, so we have visited there before. They're friendly and professional. Besides assisted living, they have memory care. They were considerably less of a financial burden than others. I don't really have a lot of information at this time since we have not moved Mom in yet.

My mother-in-law is in The Village at Keizer Ridge. It's not bad, it's hard to tell, it would be nice if they could get her out a little bit more. She stays in her room most of the time. The care was very spotty at first. At first she's only had three showers, that's unacceptable. We had to talk to the director, and had that situated, and then we had a couple of problems, but they took care of them once we brought it to their attention. She likes the staff, she's not thrilled with the food, and my husband says it was nice.

The Village at Keizer Ridge is totally accommodating, perfectly clean, and beautiful. The food is wonderful and the staff is excellent. I have been there almost every day to visit my friend and we love it. I couldn't be more impressed. My friend's room has huge windows and high ceilings.

The facility at Keizer Ridge is lovely. The staff are very serious about striving for excellence in their care for their clients. They are quick to respond and resolve any concerns we have had concerning our family member. The outdoor garden is a nice place to enjoy. Friday nights they have music or other activities. Recently we watched a wedding at the facility. It was beautiful .

My mom has been enjoying her residency at The Village since April 2017. I relocated her to the Village from another assisted care facility that was far more expensive and far less satisfactory. She enjoys the openness and lightness of the facility, the beautiful artwork, bistro, Lanai’s etc. Her room feels homey with a beautiful view of the Cascade Mountains. Mom made friends quickly here with other residents and staff. The staff always greet her and other residents by name! They inquire about her, her family, and family events- they make the effort to know the residents on a personal level and actually care about the people they care for. The food is good, but can be a bit boring. There are multiple activities. My mom says she is as busy with exercise, activities, walks, outings, gardening, and bistro events as she wants to be and that those who complain don’t make any effort to participate. We had a scare with mom’s health and the staff reacted quickly and appropriately, calling me to advise and update me that she was ill and needed to be seen right away. Their attentive care certainly shortened her hospital stay. At a previous facility inappropriate attention was given and my mom took a serious fall in a hallway. I’m never concerned about that sort of thing at the Village. This is a serene, immaculate (no weird ‘old folks home’ smells) place. The executive director, Nancy, has decades of experience and it is reflected in her management. She is irreplaceable. She has helped create an elegant, placid, lovely place with the best experience for the resident at a far more reasonable cost than the two other unfortunate assisted living experiences we had as a family. My mom just told me “I’m so happy here.” Peace of mind regarding her well-being and happiness - Priceless.

My Mother lived at this community in the memory care unit. This is a beautiful unit with caring staff. I found the Manager very involved and on the floor all the time, improving care. The food looked delicious and my Mom enjoyed the meals times. There were good activities that were current and purposeful. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is searching for a caring and well run memory care.

This community is beautiful and the whole staff is so attentive and caring! As a family member, I always want the very best for my Mom and I know that we have found an incredible place where I know that she is happy and well-cared for. The atmosphere is engaging and respectful and it is so good to know that Mom is in such good hands. I would highly recommend this community to anyone!

As the first resident I chose to sell my home in Albany and make the move to The Village at Keizer Ridge. I walked in and fell in love and felt right at home. This is now home and has been since the opening on Feb. 2016. As a very independent person, I knew that I would need the assistance one day. I want to tell you I highly recommend this beautiful community from the time you walk in the front door it is warm and inviting! So I love living here and have made wonderful friends. From the movie theater to the outings, to being pet friendly to social events it is the best value in the Keizer/Salem area. The staff at The Village at Keizer Ridge is happy to be here, kind, caring, considerate, professional to each and every one of the residents. Hope you choose to check into The Village at Keizer Ridge for yourself like I did, or your loved one. Happiness is...The Village at Keizer Ridge.

My father was at this HORRIBLE facility from April 2016 to March 2017. My father fell unsupervised more times than i can count. His catheter came loose in September urine got on his carpet it was still there when he passed away. I requested to have his apartment rug cleaned the smell drove you out of his apartment at the door and the facilitie's reasoning for not cleaning the rug was "it could happen again". Also i was told by the director "falls by residents are to be expected". I have photos of my father's injuries. His apartmemt cost $5,100 a month!!!!! If you love your mother or father or elderly relative or friend DO NOT allow them to move there.ALL they care about at Village At Keizer Village is money - zero empathy for the residents or their families

My parents spent 3 months at the Ridge during the summer of 2016. We had problems with their meds being disspenced on time. When they needed help it took over half an hour for anyone to come. At night there is only one staff person for an entire floor! After 5:00pm there is no one at the entry desk. We saw many resistants move in and then out! It is. Beautiful building but don't be fooled as this is not a loving, supportive place for you loved ones!

The service is great at The Village at Keizer Ridge. My parents are currently there. The rooms are nice and big. Their food is wonderful. It’s a brand-new facility, so they need things to run a little bit smoother.
