The marketing director at Hawks Ridge Assisted Living gave us a tour. It seemed like a nice, warm, and friendly place. The rooms were very nice and pretty up to date. The staff were friendly and caring. They've got lots of activities. They were doing bingo when we went through there, which is common with most of these places. They got a little library and an exercise area with equipment. They have private dining areas if you have groups. It looks like they have a good amount of stuff. So far, everything has been positive.

We liked everything about Hawks Ridge Assisted Living. It was a real nice place, but my mom was just beyond what they could handle. She has to have more assistance with everything, but they were really really nice, and we would have liked her to have moved in there. It's a two story building. We saw the dining room, then the bedrooms, and some of the recreation stuff, and it was really well set up. They had entertainment where people would come in, sing, entertain, and such. They also had regular games if they wanted to. We had lunch with Rachel, the lady that showed us around, and she was very nice, as well as the ladies at the desk. The food was really good quality. The place was well lit too. The rooms had big windows, and during the day, they were all lit up real nice just by the sun. It was a topnotch place.

When i came to visit my Aunt i was not sure what to expect. I came about 3:00 pm and was served special treats along with the people who live there. I was very impressed with the staff there. They greeted you with a smile and made you feel very welcome. I watched as the staff interacted with the people that live there and they tended to everyone of their needs. They even made sure by looking for people in the different rooms to make sure everyone had water or juice so they stayed hydrated. I say with the staff i met they get a rate of 10, but this only goes to 5. Thank staff for what you do.

Hawks Ridge is a fantastic place to send a loved one, the staff are friendly and nice, Every person from the time I came through the door was warm, smiling and greeted me. I am thankful to call this place "home" for my grandmother. The caregivers are nothing but pure love and kindness & tender hearted. I have been to Hawks several times in the past at different hours of the day and the staff have never given me the "cold" shoulder. Food is above average, management team is ready to work on any issue that arises, appropriate, placement and appropriate activities 7 days a week, no matter what likes a person has. This community even does happy hour on Fridays with alcohol and music at most times is what I have heard! A very fun and alive community for anyone looking to move from their home to an assisted living community!

I wasn't very pleased with staff friendliness during my tour. I walked by so many employees and I wasn't greeted nor acknowledged by any of them. I find that disturbing especially if these are the people going to care for my mother. It felt very cold. But I guess that's why we tour these places to fell them out and I definitely wasn't feeling this place.

Hawks Ridge seems to be quite nice. The amenities seems to be very upscale. The apartments are adequately large. They have road trips, and they bring people in for entertainment. I am very pleased with the place.

After a series of bad luck and health problems, my grandpa was no longer able to live at his house. Hawk's Ridge was closest assisted living house to were he lived. While my grandpa was there, I had the opportunity to visit him quite a lot. He had an pretty large room with a bathroom, sink, microwave, and full fridge. His bed reclined easily and he was able to bring his favorite chair as well. The staff was always super friendly and helpful to me and my grandpa. Also, I was able to meet some meal there with my grandpa. The food was better than I would have expected from an assisted living home. There were always a large variety of meal options available. I had the opportunity to meet a lot of really interesting people that my grandpa had befriended. In addition to common necessities, the staff provides a lot of fun and entertaining on-site activities.
