We went to Crescent Park over on Coburg Road, and we liked it quite a lot. But we decided we needed to look for a place that also had assisted living, because my mother is eighty-five and has Parkinson's, and that's probably going to be needed at some point.
It is a new building, and it looks like a resort hotel. It is very well maintained and very clean.
The staff is very nice, very professional, and friendly, and we enjoyed meeting some of the staff.

I've been here in Crescent Park for a little over a year now, and I'm very pleased and happy with it. Going through this virus and everything, I feel that Crescent Park is handling everything just fine. The staff is very friendly, and you can ask anything you need. If they can do it, they will get it for you. They have a list of activities every day that says the time, what room or what area in the building they'll have it. In comparison to the others around here, I think it's a good value for the money and right in the ballpark.

My mom is moving into a place this week, and we've chosen Crescent Park Senior Living. We were able to tour the place, and one of the biggest things we liked about it was its proximity. It's about less than a mile from our house. The staff members were very friendly, and wonderful. The facility was wonderful, it was semi-rural, and we loved everything about it. The apartments were very light.

I liked it very much at Crescent Park, but they raised the rent, and I thought it was too much. I lived there for a couple of years. It's a lovely place. They had studios and apartments. I had a nice apartment and made lots of friends. They had lots of activities, a movie place, an exercise gym, and sometimes they'd take us for a scenic drive. Some people took trips to the coast. We also had Happy Hour every Thursday afternoon which was really fun, and somebody played music at that. We also played games like Wii bowling. I like the group of people who ran the place, but the people who owned the place are in Denver and they call the shots and were the ones who raised the rent. I didn't like that and think that's a little uncaring. They had a good deal for moving in, and on your anniversary they'd keep raising the price. The last time they raised it, it was $160 a month all at once, which I thought was outrageous.

I took a tour of Crescent Park and they were wonderful. They were very helpful and showed me around. It's a pretty new place. It was pretty bare around it, no trees or things like that. The only available studio apartment was down a very long hall. My aunt just had hip surgery so we don't want her to have to walk very far. Also, they required you to pay for all three meals. They were very helpful and it looked like a very nice place for someone who's capable. We were looking for a smaller studio type room and the only one they had available was quite a ways away from the main elevators. Other than that, the apartment itself was very pleasant. The staff was very nice and I enjoyed working with them. They seemed to have all the answers and were very approachable and knowledgeable. It was very new, so the facility itself was beautiful, but it's huge and it would've been difficult for my aunt to get around. However, it seemed to be in great shape and everything looked really good.

My father-in-law has been placed in Crescent Park and has lived there for a month. My wife is very pleased with the staff and with the situation that he’s in. The staff is caring, patient, and efficient. He’s in a big and clean room. They have lots of activities and good food.

Crescent Park was brand new, so everything was perfect and nice. I went a year ago when they were just opening, so they didn’t have a whole lot of activities to offer yet. The meal plan was two meals per day, so if you wanted breakfast, you'd pay for that. It was a very nice facility with nice staff, but I wasn’t too impressed with the dining and the activities.

We all like Crescent Park, but it was a little too far away and it didn’t have a bus stop. We thought my parents might feel a little too isolated out there. Crescent Park was all new and clean. Everybody was friendly. It was like a luxury place. It was very fancy, but the rooms were small.

Crescent Park was a brand-new facility, only a year old. They take you to doctors, and a bus takes you to and from church. They had a very pretty dining room, where they also do exercises. One of the things that I liked about it is that you can have your car as long as you’re a legal driver, and they have a parking lot big enough to accomodate. They had balconies, so that you could have a plant outside. The rooms were not as good as the other facility I saw in California, but they were nice and had a full kitchen in each one. One of the drawbacks is that they serve brunch on Sunday morning and no meal offered Sunday evening; you would have to go out to eat or have a can of soup or something.

Crescent Park was an older unit. It was not quite as classy, but it would be well-suited for me. The staff was very nice.

Our visit with Crescent Park was alright. The activities were not as many, like the stuff that they do inside with the staff, and there were not a lot of field trips. The staff was very helpful, very informative, and very professional.

Crescent Park was very attractive and brand new. It was a classy place. The manager was young and attractive. It would be very tempting to live there, but like the other facility, it was a little more distance from shopping. You have to take a shuttle bus to go to shopping centers. Some of the apartments have a view of the mountain.

We have decided on Crescent Park Senior Living. They had quite a few varieties of rooms that they can choose from. The one we chose was a 1-bedroom, 1 bath with a kitchen and a balcony. It did have a washer and dryer in the unit itself. It was near all the activities of the ground floor and near the big cafeteria.
They have a wide variety of activities: a veterans’ club, a veterans’ ball, outings constantly. The staff was very interested and attentive. They were engaging, and they talked to my parents; that was important to me.
We ate there a couple of times; the food had the variety. We’ll have to make some adjustments in some other things because it is senior living, not assisted living, but it’s what my parents liked, and that was about the deciding factor.

Crescent Park was excellent. Everything was brand new, e.g., washers and dryers. I couldn't think of anything negative. At that time, people were playing cards. I looked at their menu, and it was beautiful. With regards to their rooms, they've thought of everything. Like there is a shower that you can walk into; there was nothing you can trip on. You have a choice of a smaller apartment or you can get a large one. It was a very nice place. I definitely recommend them.

I liked my visit to Crescent Park. It was very clean, and the staff is excellent. They have all sorts of activities. I don’t think there will be any problem finding one that will work for me.

We found Crescent Park, and we're going to be moving in July. The staff was very good. They helped us a lot, and they were very nice. Food was excellent. They have anytime dining, which is very important, and I like that. All of the residents we have talked to say that it is wonderful. The facility is brand new. It has just opened in November. It seemed very secure, and that's one of the things that we like about it also.

This is truly a great place to live. I wasn't sure if I was ready to make this kind of transition but after meeting with members of the staff and taking a tour, my husband and I decided to give it a shot. From the day we moved in, I have become more and more excited about my new home (and yes, it truly is my home!) with the friendliest staff as well as the residents we have met. Hats off to Spectrum Retirement Communities and to Crescent Park Senior Living of Eugene, Oregon!

I want to thank Crescent Park for celebrating my birthday with balloons, a delicious cake & a greeting card signed by all the staff. It was such a nice surprise & greatly appreciated. It is so nice to live in such a great place where everyone is kind and caring.

I was given a thorough tour of this retirement home by April, who was so gracious and accommodating. The smiling faces of both staff and residents were impressive, with many seniors bustling about, participating in activities. The setting is beautiful and the facility seemed to sparkle. I like that they have established a relationship with a home care provider that provides care at a reduced cost. April was so patient and kind. She promptly followed up with my phone calls, with an exchange of 6 calls!
