My Mother-In-law just loves it at The Springs. She has been there since 2017. There are so many things for her to do. She is always busy! She has made friends and loves the staff and her home there. Fabulous room and the whole place is so clean and beautiful. The food is TOP notch! My family always gets a good meal too when we go to visit!!! It's fun to have drinks in the bar with her. She is living the good life!HIGHLY recommend this Senior Living Community.

We're most interested in The Springs at Tanasbourne. The apartments were the right size and were well laid out. The facility is clean, neat and in good shape. The staff was very helpful and we had a good feeling from having visited there.

Terrible care givers. They leave the residents in there rooms almost all day every day. Rarely they will respond to the residents when they ring the workers for help. Awful workers, and the managers etc don't care either as long as they get there checks.

Before my dad passed away, he was a past resident of The Springs At Tanasbourne. They have independent living, assisted living and memory care. It was a beautiful facility. Everything was contained. They had a movie theater, an indoor swimming pool, a gym, a barber and a beauty shop, and a gift store. They had all kinds of large recreational areas. You didn't have to go too far to do something that you like to do. They also had a putting green on site for golfers. They did have lots of outdoor living. They had restaurant dining. Personally, I look forward to going out there and eating off the menu. You can order a glass of wine or a drink. They also had a separate pub there. I would just put this place as A++. It was fantastic. The sanitation of this facility was wonderful. You would just have a good feeling about it. Every time we went in there, I had absolutely no problem at all. They laundered their residents' clothes if they wanted it to, but the residents could also do it if they wanted to. The people were absolutely totally competent and caring. They gave over-the-top care to my dad. I would absolutely recommend them.

The Springs is like being on a cruise ship on land. It's very upscale and everything. They have more than one restaurant-style. You're given so much money a month to use on food and you can come and go. Breakfast can be anytime you want all through the day or lunch or they have like a bistro type, restaurant-type activity if you want a light snacky lunch. They have a pool there for water aerobics which I do a lot but, unfortunately, I can't afford it. I barely could get a studio out of it. Although it?s lovely, the staff was very congenial. It's a good quality place for those who can afford it. The other thing I like, too, is they had multiple storage areas. You have the one on your deck then there's one on each floor kind of like little locker-type things that you could put stuff in. Their 1-bedroom with a den was a neat concept. It is exquisite but you pay for that. The only reason I?m rating it a 4 is because of cost and they're pretty high-priced so you'd have to be pretty upper middle class or above.

The amenities and the facilities were some of the positives that I took away from my frequent visits to this facility. They had an amazing room for lounging and reading next to a vintage room that had a bar and billiards table. It really looked like they were attempting to make the older residents feel like it was the time of their prime. The movie theater was also a nice touch. The negatives, however, overshadowed the positives. The hallways made the place seem like a crowded motel where people were sectioned off like cattle. Some of the rooms were very far away from the lobby and even made me, a young man, winded. The staff, although some were helpful and polite, seemed resentful and mean towards the elderly as they put on a happy face but acted like the residents were little children. I hope my kids one day don't put me in a place like this.

I just happened to be visiting the park adjacent to this facility with my daughter this week. I was amazed at the attentiveness, kindness, enthusiasm and affection shown to the residents by the employees. I've never seen anything like it at a retirement home. I have no affiliation with any employee or resident but watching the interaction really made an impression on me and I wanted to share it with anyone searching the web for information.

Compared to an assisted living facility I had visited 10 years ago the Springs felt like a fancy hotel. It was very clean and modern. There were plenty of amenities and things for the residents to do. For the most part the staff seemed professional, although they were a bit hurried. I have a very sensitive nose and the entire facility had a decent odor, as compared to other places I have visited.

My father was placed there for 1 week respite. They were very supportive and tried to meet all his needs even though he was not there on a permanent basis.
