Pacific View Senior Living Community opened its doors in 1994 with the name Heritage Place. It was originally owned and operated by the Coquille Tribe. From its opening it has steadily gained recognition as a strong active member of the Bandon Community. Over the years, it has held many holiday and fundraising events, hosted support groups and helped the Bandon Community in many other wonderful ways.

In addition to the Basic Services, additional levels of Personal Assistance are available and tailored to meet each resident’s specific needs. Residents will be assessed prior to move-in and regularly thereafter, to determine which level of care is needed.

Life Engagement Program

Our Life Engagement activities are designed to meet the needs of each resident. These programs are developed around each person’s specific interest, abilities, past history, and routine. Engagements flow throughout each day to promote cognitive, sensory, creative, and physical skill.

In addition, the program supports life skills, enhancing each resident’s ability for self-care. Life Engagements promotes and encourages individual activities such as setting the table, folding laundry, and arranging flowers. By creating a familiar environment, Pacific View Memory Care encourages everyone to participate in the activities of our community; which may include visiting with children from a neighborhood school, creative arts, or reminiscing about a favorite vacation.
