Aberdeen Heights was the place to beat here in Aberdeen. It was definitely a wonderful place. It was first class all the way. There was nothing about it that I didn't like. We were met by Steven (the Marketing Director), and he did a wonderful job. I had to be pushed in a wheelchair because I had a procedure in my spine three days earlier, and I couldn't walk. They were very accommodating for that. Their staff was long-term. Their longest employed staff had been there 25 years, and their next one had been there 15 years. They knew all the residents' names. The first thing they did was they moved our time to 4:30 and invited us to dinner. The food was excellent quality. We had pork cutlets over trimmings. It was the perfect size, well presented, and well plated. We liked everything about them. The residents were amazing and very friendly.

Aberdeen Heights is a wonderful facility. I checked it out for two days and beyond belief, they had great activities that are scheduled even in the early evening for people, not just stopping at about 4:00. They had them at 6:30 and 7:00 also. They were great amenities-wise. Their rooms were great and clean. The people were nice. It's a great facility. I was very, very pleased.

We liked Aberdeen Heights. I liked the staff. They were very friendly. They worked there for a long time, so they didn't have a big change of employees. I loved the facility. They had a lot of activities for residents. It was a very nice and beautiful place. A lot of the residents were very friendly as well. I felt like it's a place where someone would be very happy living and would feel like a home. The thing that impressed me the most was their activities director. They had a lot of activities that I thought were very fun and a whole assortment of stuff. They had a really nice dining room that was more like a restaurant. They actually had waitstaff that helps serve the residents. I was very impressed with staff. They came up and introduced themselves.

I was able to tour Aberdeen Heights. What I like least about the place was the location, that's the reason why we didn't choose them. What I like best was we had a meal there and the food was excellent, the staff was excellent. They had great activities, they had a movie theater and they seemed to have a lot of good activities. They seemed to care a lot about their residents. All the people that we met there seemed happy, stopping us to tell us how much they loved it there. The rooms were small but they're in decent shape. They weren't as new as the rooms at the other place I saw, but they were nice. They needed some updating, it seemed like it hadn't been decorated since, like, the '80s.

Aberdeen Heights was very nice. It wasn't as clinical as the other place. It was more like a hotel. It's very clean, and the building is newer and very well maintained. We didn't get to see much. All the residents were vaccinated, so they were all at a happy hour which was really cute. The staff was fantastic. We've been invited to come eat, and they sent my parents a gift (which was really sweet). It's definitely a top contender. It was a good experience. They gave us a menu. There's definitely a lot more choices than the other place. It's probably higher up in consideration because of that, just knowing they have more choices. We got to see everybody together in this big room, and they had a piano player.

I visited Aberdeen Heights for my mother-in-law. The whole tour was exceptional. It was the best place. They were all exceptional. Everything was positive and above and beyond. It was clean. The staff was very caring and knowledgeable. The dining room, the food, and the buffet looked really good. I didn't taste it though. I liked everything, the location, the view, it's a pretty area, and the residents themselves were well taken care of.

Aberdeen Heights had lots of hustle and bustle. I liked the rooms. They bought the building next door, which was the memory care, and it was kind of depressing. The apartments in the assisted living were great. There were a lot of people playing cards. I've had friends there. The staff member I met was nice.

We were impressed with Aberdeen Heights, but the price is outside my sister's budget. It seemed a really nice home rather than an institution. We had a complete walk through, and one of the residents let the lady giving us a tour view her apartment, and what we saw was very good.

Aberdeen Heights was very nice, but it was too far south in Tulsa. It's in a pretty busy part of town, and there was a lot of hustle and bustle. We looked at everything and it was great. They have all the standard good amenities like a movie theater and an exercise area. I would absolutely recommend them.

Aberdeen Heights is beautiful. One of the things that we really liked was that most of the staff has been there for years and years. There's not a huge turnover of staff, which tells us that it's a nice place to work in and the people love their jobs. Everybody's been very nice to my mother, and she loves it there. She has a one-bedroom apartment that's a pretty good size, which was another reason why we chose the place. The apartments are larger than the other places that we looked at. The dining facilities are really nice and include a huge room with very nice dining tables for private parties. They have a big activities room, a large beauty shop, and a chapel. The whole place is decorated very nicely with expensive-looking furniture. The food is very good. They take them on trips, and the price is reasonable. They showed us the library and the exercise room.

Aberdeen Heights was fine, but pretty dated. The staff that toured me was very nice. They gave me a list of activities, although there wasn't anything going on that day. The dining area looked very nice, and everybody there said the food was wonderful. The room was horrible; it was very old.

I’m in assisted living at Aberdeen Heights. They’re very good. The rooms are sufficient. The dining is very good; they assign you a table and four of us eat together. The social activities seem sufficient and have bingo and dominoes. I would rate them highly.

Aberdeen Heights was one of the first places we visited, and it was nice. The lady giving us the tour was very knowledgeable and friendly, but we didn’t have the friendliness from the other staff members. The place is very clean, beautiful, and newer. The rooms were very nice.

Aberdeen Heights was really nice, but it was an older area. The staff was really helpful.

The only reason I left Aberdeen Heights was because they jumped around on me when I couldn’t afford to stay there any longer. They said my dad needed more care and it would cost more to keep him there, so I had to look someplace else. We stayed there for over a year. This was the closest one to me. It was clean. The staff was good. The rooms were nice. Their dining room was nice, roomy, and easy to get to. They have activities that we liked. I wouldn’t have left if not for the price.

My father is moving to Aberdeen Heights. We like the friendly atmosphere and the very good attention to the medical aspects of things while still allowing them to have a lot of activities and things to do. When I visited them a couple of months ago, what I saw was only an empty studio-type room. It isn't very elegant, but it is nice, comfortable, very clean, cheery, and the people are friendly.

We wanted to live at Aberdeen Heights Senior Living very much. But they didn’t have a vacancy at that time, and they didn't have two one-bedrooms close enough together that they could convert into a two-bedroom for us. They did work with us for the price and tried to get the price down if we would take a one-bedroom and wait. They also offered to move us into a larger apartment when it became available. The rooms looked like they have come in to clean and gone from ceiling to floor; everything looked neat and clean, and it seemed like there were no scuff marks on the wall, no debris lying on the edges of the carpet, and the bathrooms were beautifully cleaned. They have a very large area, but they didn’t have a kitchen. They only have a community kitchen where you can cook dinner if your family comes over. There is a stove, appliances, tables, cookware, and everything you would need to be able to cook a meal there. We went back and visited several times. It's light, airy, and impeccably clean. It was just a very pleasant place. The staff to resident ratio appeared to be very good too.

I visited Aberdeen Heights, and it seemed like a nice place. I liked their location. The people there were very nice. The staff was very helpful. Their dining room was fine. The went around and saw some rooms. They actually had a variety of sizes. However, it had two floors, so if you were on the first floor, you would have to go to the second floor to go and eat. I didn't like the elevator idea. The price you pay depends upon what your services are. So it would vary each month. Their activities sounded like most of the other places. They had a monthly calendar of various activities.

Aberdeen Heights was one of the places we considered for my father. It was a very nice place. Had they been able to accommodate us for taking my father immediately when he got here to Tulsa, we might have chosen them, but they weren't able to do that. They wanted to a 24-hour assessment first before they had a place for him to stay.
