My 80+ yr old mother moved here because her need of care in our home had exceeded our abilities. Sadly, we moved her in at the height of the pandemic and were unable to tour the facility beforehand. We had to base our decision solely on the sterling reputation of Baptist Village. Ours has been a good experience. Mom has bonded very well with the various members of the very caring staff.
While it is not a new facility, it certainly seems to be well maintained.
I visit twice weekly and always find it clean, warm (or cool - as needed). I have seen the residents engaged in various group activities like Bingo, solitaire, or Birthday gatherings. There is a library, a couple of friendly small birds in the lobby, a small garden spot, a piano, and an electric "fireplace" in the Liberty Place dining room.
Mom even said there is a lady that visits with her craft cart to let those who which to participate, join in a craft. I've noticed there are snacks, juice, water, coffee, tea readily available for the folks to enjoy. Again, the staff goes above and beyond to care for the residents. Breakfast and lunch seem to always be heavier than supper. Thus the snacks.

We toured the Baptist Village of Owasso. My mom hated it. It was nice, clean, we looked at an apartment, and it was small. It was functional for a single person, but not for a couple. There wasn't anything wrong with it, she just hated the idea of living in a place like that. The staff was very helpful and very nice. There seemed to be a lot of activities when I was touring and when we took my mom there. It appeared that the residents were involved in the activities.

My mother moved into Baptist Village of Owasso. It wasn't as nice as it should be, but they offer skilled nursing. It's a nice building.

My parents moved to Baptist Village of Owasso in January, and it's been very beneficial. They're religious-focused, so they have singing and Bible study, and they also have Bingo. They get three meals a day. They have linen and laundry service every two weeks, and cable TV is provided. All their medications are managed by the facility. The staff has been helpful and they get along with everyone. It's a very family-focused atmosphere. The rooms are tidy and nice-sized for what they have. There's a lot of openness to the community.

My father was here for a short while and I honestly believe it took years off his life! Terrible, terrible place! The Director is only concerned about making a buck, has favorite patients and treats he others like criminals! If you care about someone, never, ever ut them in this place!!!

Baptist Village is a retirement community, an assisted living place, and a memory place. We were very impressed. It is an older community as far as the building, but it does look like home, and we'll feel more comfortable there. They are friendly, and they did offer us a two-bedroom apartment with one bath, which was way too small. My husband has to have a walker to get around, and there would be no way he could have gotten around in that part of the bathroom. The only complaint I had was they raise the rent every first of the year. That is going to be hard for a senior citizen especially when they are living on social security and their retirement.

Baptist Village has assisted living. They have independent plus they have a nursing home. It had everything. Each little village of its own has its own office-type thing. The staff was excellent, very, very nice, very caring. The dining room looked like some nice restaurant
