The Mansion at Waterford is a very nice facility. It is secure and it seems like the staff is very well equipped and knows all the residents. My brother-in-law has a nice room. They have a very good meal selection that looks very good. They have activities like games, entertainment, and Bible studies. They have a whole calendar of events and they have a lot.

I did a tour of The Mansion at Waterford. What I liked the best was the staff or the director. We thought the facility was aged. We're afraid of our parents getting lost in the facility. The staff we spoke with, followed up with us, and seemed very helpful. They have a courtyard and a salon. It was clean. The facility is close to a lot of things, it's in a good location.

Staff is excellent and very kind. Super helpful and attentive to residents. Great care. Truly "assisted" living. Couldn't be happier with the care our Mom is getting.

I liked The Mansion at Waterford. Everyone was very kind, very helpful, and answered all my questions. Everything was very clean and I was very impressed with their dining room. They had a four-person table and it's a nice big round table, so there was still space between each of them. At the same time, they can all interact with each other and visit. They used tablecloths and fabric napkins that were all rolled up with the silverware. Everything was just very nice. Everything is menu style. There were a lot of choices for them to choose from and the portions of the meals were not small. They also have a place where they could get food if they ended up sleeping or gone during mealtime. Families are allowed to come in and eat with them, too. It was very surprising to see that, because where my dad was before, it was not like that. They had private rooms. Even the cheapest room is still private and nice. It's got walk-in showers with handrails everywhere in the bathroom, which is very helpful. It had nice beautiful trees, and bird feeders everywhere. There were lots of activities for them to do like gardening or fishing (which my dad would enjoy). There's a good amount of men and women. The prices seemed to be very reasonable and we liked the fact that you're able to use the VA to help with the portion of the pay. I felt like it was a good place for him.

My aunt and uncle are in The Mansion at Waterford, and it's extremely nice. We were helping them move in and we ate one lunch and one dinner there with them, and they were very nice. The apartment is just awesome. It's a 2-bedroom 2-bath, with a little kitchen and washer and dryer. I was there when the nurse came and gave my aunt her medicine. The apartment is very spacious and very nice. The staff members were wonderful. The food was good. The first time it was cold, but that was because we took a long time to get down there. Because of the COVID, we had to eat in the library, but it was very nice. They have a nice courtyard and patio. I saw where they have a cookout, they have a bistro where you can go in and have coffee, pastry, or a hot tea in the morning. There's a nice big fish tank. They have activities every day, almost. I think the price is high at over $6000 a month.

This community has an excellent reputation for resident living. The premises are ideally located in a lovely part of Oklahoma City, with nearby access to a variety of shopping and entertainment sites. The building has a charming appeal and looks like an upscale residential property. There are ample common and activity areas in the building. Apartments are well appointed and maintained. There are so many amenities available, such as medication management, different levels of assistance in daily care, weekly cleaning and laundry, and transportation. Meals are delicious and a variety of healthy foods are available. The management and care staff partner with the resident to engage life to the fullest. Physical and emotional wellbeing are encouraged in many ways. Making friends, participating in fun and healthful activities, and following care regimens is easier when you have a care team guiding you on the path. The care team work with the resident, family, friends, and medical professionals to enable the resident to have the best available outcomes. This is a really nice place to live. I've seen many happy seniors there over the years!

This community is well staffed, has engaged management and some of the most diverse apartment sizes ive seen. from an efficiency to a penthouse suite...they are the real deal. They have a new management team that has been in assisted living in Oklahoma for years and they are working hard to improve services for their residents. My friend lives here and I visit often. The food is good and everyone seems happy to be there. I know they provide transportation but sometimes it doesnt seem like there is much going on, but that could just be when i visit.

I visited the Mansion at Waterford. I liked It very much, it’s a very nice place, and the people that I spoke to were very nice. However, I did get a couple of bad reports that they didn’t have enough help there, and that’s one reason I didn’t choose them. We did go there one night for a dinner, and it was very good; they have a very nice chef. She showed us a lot of stuff they do, like they take them on trips. The staff member I met was very accommodating.

Mansion at Waterford is very nice, they have flowers, and a very nice little garden. My mother really likes her room. It's separated by a bathroom so there's a narrow wall that she has to get through, and a half-wall between the bedroom and living area, but it's very open. What's also nice is that they have a menu every day and you get to pick three or four things from that menu. If you don't like any of the things off the menu they have other things that are available all the time. My mother would go down to get her hair done at their salon, they also have exercise classes, and all kinds of stuff available.

I visited Waterford, and they were friendly and outgoing. They have an exercise room, a library, and a computer. They have Bingo, singing, Wii bowling, and sing-alongs. They have a happy hour where they serve wine, cheese, and crackers.

I had a nice visit at The Mansion. The staff was very friendly and they answered all our questions. They have all kinds of activities, like musical activities, shopping, and games. They have a salon, but I did not see a swimming pool or an exercise room. The dining area was very nice, clean, and the food that we ate was very good. There were also several choices.

My friend just recently moved into the Mansion at Waterford. It’s a big complex that includes a hotel and two or three banks. It’s very nice. Her husband died, so she doesn’t require nearly as much room as she had at the other place. Her room is smaller but very nice. It’s attractive, and she has her own furniture and plenty of room for herself. The bedroom is not separated from the living area, and there is a small kitchenette with a refrigerator. They don’t prohibit it, but they don’t suggest that the residents do their own cooking. The place is really beautiful. The staff is very accommodating, very nice, and plentiful. They have the Waterford Hotel on their property, but it isn’t connected with the assisted living. She’s 91 or 92 years old, so although they do have programs and activities, she doesn’t participate.

I've placed my mother-in-law at The Mansion at Waterford. It was within my budget, all inclusive, and a little fancier. They have a lot of interaction with activities. Hopefully, the care is better. They have a menu, and the food is very good. The staff seems to be involved and interactive with the residents.

We place my mother at Mansion at Waterford. We choose it because of the quality of care and the cost of service. We are very happy with her room. The staff is very caring and very patient. They have activities like exercises, and they also arrange field trips. My mother is very pleased with the food.

The Mansion was very nice. They had an independent, assisted living and Alzheimer's unit. I was very impressed. The lady, I believed her name was Tammy, she was very impressive. When I went it and I didn't have an appointment, but she was extremely accommodating. She showed me everything. She showed me the rooms, the dining room, the assisted living and the Alzheimer's unit. We went over the fees and she gave me the information to take with. She asked me to come back and bring my husband but he was not available. When I came back, she asked me what my mother-in-law was interested in. Everyone was very nice. I was very impressed with the staff. They couldn't have been nicer. I was very picky person, but I felt like it was very clean. The dining room was also clean. She let me actually met one of the resident she asked me into the apartment. The rooms were very adequate and well lit. Everything was updated and adequate. They had a library. My father-in-law liked to be outside and the grounds are beautiful. It had things that made me feel more like it was home as opposed to an institution. If I had to make a choice today, I would definitely go with The Mansion.

My mother has been staying at the Mansions since November 1, 2008. We are not pleased with the administration. They have made several mistakes tht have broken our trust and made my Mom's stay there less than enjoyable. Some examples are: wisking my Mom away to a Senior Diagnostic Center without calling me first after I explicitly told them I wanted to know what was going to happen before they did anything. They have mixed up her medicines. They have given her medicines that weren't perscribed as a substitute whent they 'couldn't find' the correct medicine. They counterdicted the primary care doctor and argued with him on his treatment that he finally dropped Mom as a patient. Plus to add to all this after we brought some of these concerns to the owner's attention when we felt like the manager was not paying attention to our concerns, the manager threatened to increase our rent if we continued to cause problems and complain. They made it clear that they did not appreciate us involving the owners. We will probably be moving my Mom to another facility. Its a shame because she was beginning to make friends and have more fun than she has had in years. All of the other staff love her and treat her well. But its just the manager and head nurses that are causing the problem. They have a big power kick. I would not recommend this facility to anyone unless these ladies are removed.

Do your homework before you choose a place for your loved one!!! If you don't meet the Administrator during the 1st or 2nd visit, look elsewhere as they set the tone of the place. Are they interested in your loved one's story, do they take time to say hello to those people passing by, do they know the residents by name? We loved The Mansion's Administrator's interaction with her residents and the caring ambiance her team provided. Look no further...
