The staff was caring most of the time. The facility always appeared clean but did sometimes smell of urine. The staff was always involved in improving their services and so requested in meetings held with the nurses and counselors. They did take great care in caring for the facility however the importance was always focused on the care and wellbeing of all of their patrons. I would and have recommended this facity to other friends who are searching for a place for their mother or father.

I visited this facility about a month ago. The staff is super friendly with visitors but also with the people living in the facility. I saw staff interacting with its clients, they were talking with them like they were their own relatives. It was very sweet. Also, the facility is very clean and well maintained. The area is a little bit of a lower income area, but you wouldn't be able to tell by the condition of the building.
