Apartments are roomy and the best thing about Silver Elm. We were hoping with new owners to see improvements but there is still rarely housekeeping and then it’s temps who do lousy jobs. The food is horrible and the residents have complained for years and nothing changes. No activities for residents this past Christmas is ridiculous. The staff had a nice party for themselves! Rent went up $100 a month for less than they have ever had!!

The Silver Elm Estates of Edmond's independent living was alright. The staff showed us a room and it was fine but we're not so sure about the location so we're still looking. The girl that gave us the tour was also fine but she was leaving and that was her last day so I guess a review of her wouldn't be of any help to the people. She said a new company had bought the facility so she was leaving. They provide everything including food and activities so it was fine as far as the activities go. They offer transportation, food, and activities. She said they had a lot of activities there. The place was nice. It's right off the street so there's not a lot of activities to do outside. All we saw was the apartment and it was not furnished, it was empty.

Silver Elm Estates Edmond has beautiful common areas, and the rooms are all accessible from outside. They all have their own entry. The rooms I saw were large, very clean, and fresh. They offer three meals a day. They have activities and also provide transportation. The person that showed me around was informative and pleasant.

We went here, and we love it. The appearance was very nice. The lady that helped us was very nice too. All the apartments were the same. They were one-bedroom apartments, which were very nice. My cousin would not have to sell any furniture. They had a large activity room, where they had a table set up so that they can play cards, Scrabble and different things. They had a big-screen TV that they could watch. They also had exercise equipment and exercise rooms, where they can have exercise classes.

I’ve been living here for fourteen months. They have very good living quarters. I have a lovely apartment. I have a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, a nice big living room, bedroom, and a very large bathroom with a walk in closet and shower. The food is pretty good. The people are friendly. They’re very kind and nice. We have a room where you can do all kinds of exercises. There’s a music room with a great big television, and they show special movies there, tables where we play games, and an indoor post office.
