I went to Brookdale Claremore. The lady who showed us around and answered questions was very polite and very informative. It looked clean. That particular day, they were having an activity and I don't know what the occasion was, but they were setting up chairs outside and planning an activity for later that afternoon. The room that we saw was nice, clean, and looked very adequate for my aunt's needs. Based on our interview and the showing, it was good.

We visited Brookdale Claremore for my mom. It was very nice. It was clean and smelled good. The people were very nice, and the services were good. If I were to choose a place, that's what I would chose. We did not taste anything, but the menu looked great.

We went to Brookdale Claremore on Monday, and it was just really nice. The two staff members that we met were really pleasant people and helpful. They showed us in their laptop what the rooms looked like and everything. It looked like they're very caring, and the facility was really nice, very clean and very well cared for. The layout was fine. I didn't get to see the apartments, but they looked really nice and really nice-sized, and they had a lot of amenities.

We liked Brookdale Claremore, so we moved my mom there. It's very nice and the staff seems very responsive. It's very close to my house and I have no problems with it. My mom says the food is fine. They have places for them to gather and they do things together. They have a nice dining room and the rooms are nice. The facility looks very clean and they have a nice interior courtyard. There's also a sunroom.

Brookdale Claremore is giving mother-in-law a higher quality of life. She’s happy and laughing and talking and making friends and doing things. It was a great move. The facility is a very nice place with a lot of activities. It’s very clean and lovely. The food was good, it’s home-cooking comfort food. The staff were very helpful and they seem to be very careful. We trust them.

I looked at a studio at Brookdale Claremore, and it was clean and sterile. It was OK. Their food and dining facility was fine. The staff was really nice. All the people were nice. For what it is, I would recommend it.

We really liked The Sterling House. My dad’s room was a lot nicer there compared to where he is now. He was there for a while, and it was a really nice place. They treated him very nicely, and everything was great. The reason I got him there was because they were having a promotion thing that the rest of the month of February would be free and then the month of August would be free, but there was no contract. The place did not have any kind of smell. It was very clean, and it seemed really new. They also had a memory care unit there. They were really good about his meals and getting him exactly what he wanted. It was a pretty small community. I do not know how many people were in there, but he was having a lot of attention.

Sterling House was super nice but far from my grandma’s place. The people were very nice and knowledgeable for people with dementia, and they let them roam around freely within the facility. It’s like a hotel. They are playing cards, and I saw ladies were dancing. Accommodation was very impressive.

Sterling House is way above the rest. We looked at several in South Dakota, and those were all terrible. I think the laws are different in Oklahoma where they can provide assisted living with additional care. I believe that makes it possible for this place to do what they do. But it was the personal care, the number of workers, and the freedom that the patients have. It's an Alzheimer's unit, but they give care until the end. They provide care and don't ship them off to a nursing home. It's a beautiful place. But it is the care that i am drawn to.

We moved our mom into Sterling House June 3, 2014. I really am pleased with the staff and the rooms. I visited her last week and she was playing Bingo. They have gotten her to join in exercise, singing, and visiting with other residents. She had previously lived by herself for 17 years. She really needed the social activities. My brother and I joined her for lunch the first day. It was an excellent meal. My brother brought tomato plants and planted them in a raised bed they have out in the courtyard. They are very encouraging for the residents to participate in activities that they enjoy and looking for more all the time. I am very happy that my mom is safe. They have to let you in and out the door. I have found peace of mind in that aspect. The apartments are very nice. Nice sized rooms with a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a walk-in closet, small kitchenette.

We are very satisfied with how everything works there: their security, their staff, and their attentiveness. The rooms were very nice, clean, and roomy. The have games, musical guests, gardening, and they do crafts. I like their attentiveness and that they monitor the residents very often. They didn't just let them sit in a room and do nothing.

I have visited Sterling House with my Aunt about 18 months ago She is currently on a waiting list for her room. Their staff are wonderful. I was able to talk with the marketing director and we exchanged information via email. While I was with my Aunt 3 members, the director. Nurse and assistant marketing director came to see us We discussed my Aunt's needs and how they would be met My cousin and I went to visit to address the furniture arrangements, we visited several rooms, met residents. We had a great time. I feel this will be a blessing for my Aunt. And for our family

If someone has to be cared for 24/7 and the family can no longer keep them at home, this is the best place for them to be. It is a 302 bed facility and the residents' needs come first. If they had the funding to be fully staffed all the time, I would have given it a 5 star. My brother is a quadriplegic and requires full care, bathing, dressing, feeding, medicating, everything. They treat him as a person, not a number or a paycheck.
