Total disappointment. They fail on every level. No management or anyone to talk to that can change anything.

Regent of Stow was a nice place I would consider acceptable. They have good staff there. They have a good facility. They have a doctor and nurses that they employ. They have a movie theater and a nice dining hall. They play bingo, and they have recreational activities. The place seemed clean. We were there around lunchtime and people were being served. What I saw on the table looked all right, but we didn't have a chance to sample any of it. The staff during the tour was very nice and pleasant. She's a nurse and one of the management people there.
