DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES IN THIS FACILITY!!! BAD BAD BAD!!!!
My Mothe w/ Alzheimers passed with @ huge BEDSORES on her back. Was always dirty!. Horrible Horrible Care at this place! If you love your parents or loved ones, you will keep out of this place... unless you are ready to bury them!!!!!!!!!!!

2 hour wait to use the bedside!?! Horrible food! This is a “for profit” facility which means they do the bare minimum the money goes into the pockets of the director and others. The patient suffers a lot. Not a safe environment. Severely understaffed! New patients who are suppose to be quarantined are allowed to roam about and enter other patients rooms uninvited!!

This facility is often understaffed. Patients wait over 20 minutes for call lights to be answered. And, then help is still often delayed. Medications are not well supervised. Major corrections are temporarily "fixed" when the institution gets a heads up that the state is about to visit.
Many of the "amenities" are a farce .Activities are often cancelled or are really fictitious. Transportation to appointments is often an issue.
