I give them five stars for their hard work and dedication to their residents. Always going above and beyond. Management does an exceptional job running the facility. Staff is friendly, facility is clean, and a very welcoming atmosphere every time.

My father was a past resident of Optimized. They took extremely good care of him. Facility is very clean, food is good. They do fun and creative activities with the residents and family is always welcome to join. Most importantly they kept my Dad comfortable and clean until his passing. Everyone there is extremely kind and compassionate. Highly recommend!

I recently toured this faculty with my family in hopes of placing our loved one in a few months. Was very impressed with the facility. Loved how open it was and how the rooms were far enough away from the common areas for a more quieter atmosphere. The staff was so kind. They were friendly and watching them interact with other members you could tell how much they cared. Just left feeling very satisfied with the facility and all they have to offer.

My mom is at Optimized Senior Living. She has been there for six months now. It's small, and that has been helpful for my mom. The staff members are pretty good, it just depends on who the aide is at the time. They have some organizational things that they need to take care of, and they don't have very good communication, so that's kind of been a downside right now. Sometimes I see them doing bingo or coloring. They have somebody that comes in twice a week to do some exercise, but I think they could have more activity for the people. The TV is always on, and I don't consider that an activity. The food leaves a bit to be desired. They use a lot of frozen food. They don't home cook their meals very often. One day it was like just canned soup, and that's all they had for dinner. To me, that's not a balanced meal. Their food really could improve.
One of the things that I noticed with the places that I visited they have a hired housekeeper and Optimized had one when we first moved there, and now they don't have one, so they rely on the aides to do it, but it just doesn't get done like a deep clean. It just doesn't seem to get done as often as it needs to. They have a fixed price, so the price that you agreed on is the price that it will be forever. It seems like they are having staff turnover and I know they let go two people that were in the higher up of the staff.

I liked Optimized Senior Living a lot. We were ready to sign up, but the rooms were smaller and we were expected to be within the community a lot, and dad's not really community oriented. They said they could take care of a person until end-of-life. It was built around a big central living area with individual rooms off the living area. It had a huge big kitchen place where they prepare the meals right there, and they were preparing pot roast which smelled wonderful while we were there. The food was great and homemade, but we were not able to try it because it wasn't ready yet, we got there the wrong time. The staff was really friendly, but it struck me that for 10 rooms there was only 2 people on duty. And those 2 people were preparing the food. It struck me that they might be understaffed. But they were really warm and caring. I could have totally signed myself up for that place, it seemed very homey. The building itself was new and gorgeous.
