My Dad was a resident at Optimized for the last 5 months of his life. The staff was always so kind and wonderful to my Dad. He loved them too and would tell me how often how sweet everyone was to him. His room was always clean as well as the entire building. Not only did they make my Dad comfortable and cared for, they always made all of us feel so at home when we visited. LOVE everyone there!
