Facility had no time for patient family contact. Isolated us. Took patient phone away. This upset the patient, who then fell and fractured the hip. ?Elder abuse? This poor elderly patient may DIE from this incident. Patient was totally indpendent with ambulation prior to this fall. Administration, DON and Social worker need fired. New Administration would be a plus for this clicky pat your backs and cover up wrongs administration. Hoping Corporate will see this and other reviews and made appropriate changes. A night snack is half a peanut butter sandwich.
