My spouse is in the Windsor--nursing home section. This is probably a tough business because it is likely hard to retain good help due to the kind of work and the pay. While there is some turnover which impacts things, I have found that the Windsor has many dedicated people that truly care and love their residents. Unfortunately, COVID has made things tough on everyone (staff, residents, relatives, etc.). I have found that Windsor is doing about as good as expected considering the situation. There are various room sizes to choose from. My interaction with the staff is normally quite good and, depending upon staffing and COVID, there are activities that the residents enjoy.

Not enough help to do anything but basics. Very little social interaction . Food is not good, tasteless and the same every week. Used to have a menu person to help,but no longer. Very few activities, and none for anyone disabled. Staff is mostly very good and helpful but has no time, to be pleasantly social. Sometimes call lights do not get answered. Price is very high for this level of care. Other residents are not watched and enter rooms they shouldnt be in and noone cares.
