My mom was at Medina Meadows for rehab for a broken arm. They had a really good rehab and very positive staff. I worked with the social worker, and she was very good and very positive. The nurses were nice. We did get to have one indoor visit, which was nice, and that was before Covid was too terrible. They seemed to have a very clean building. I never got to see the inside of her room, but I thought they were very vigilant about keeping an eye on my mom, which I really appreciated because my mom is very unstable. She has Lewy body dementia and she falls a lot. The place looked clean and decorated well, and it looked safe with the kind of chairs they had.

My dad has been at Medina Meadows and they were fine. The staff was good and they worked with me very well. My dad says the facility is bad, but he is a very demanding kind of patient.

I was in Medina Meadows Rehab and Nursing Centre. They were very nice. The security was very good. The food was fine. They did the best they can. They have a budget. Sometimes you get stuff that doesn’t really look edible. Towards the end of the month when their funding was low, they have to make do with what’s on hand. They have a lot of inventive things. They have bingo and bowling.
