Indian Hills provides all amenities, food, swimming pool, and transportation. It's close to public transportation lines and nice and clean. It’s a good facility. They have programs, in-house dining, nursing, and good staff. It's an older facility, so they can use some upgrades, but it met my needs.

My relatives are long-term tenants and the renewal process for 2018 is a travesty. After more than 20 years of tenancy, they decided to take the 6 month option for more flexibility. They were promised apartment painting when they signed for 2017 but after many documented telephone calls the apartment has not been painted. When we took the 6 month lease for processing we were told there is a $15.00 fee for copying just the one page for our records. When we met a leasing rep she consulted with the maintenance manager and the property manager and they said they would paint the apartment as promised for 2016 but only if we committed to a one year lease for 2018. Quid pro Quo?? Not for me. I could not believe my eyes when I read the reviews displayed. Are these real people or robots. LOL

My mom moved into Indian Hills. We chose it based on income. So far, I liked it. There's a pool, exercise equipment, a walking path, gazebos, and a theater. Her apartment is nice, and it has a balcony. The staff is pretty good and attentive. They have a calendar of activities.

I visited Indian Hills. I didn’t like the elevator. There was an exercise room and a stylist shop inside the premises. They had a lot of buildings that could accommodate my mom. They gave a pamphlet to my mom that included a list of different activities held on a weekly basis.

Indian Hills is a nice and clean community. It's in a nice location. It's very accessible as far as taking the bus, and a shopping center is right around the corner.
