The Inn at Olentangy Trail is located near the Olentangy River in southern Delaware, OH. Seniors have conveniences, such as shopping centers, restaurants and health care facilities, nearby. Several hospitals are located within a mile, including Mount Carmel Lewis Center.

The Inn at Olentangy Trail is an assisted living and memory care facility for seniors. Trained staff is available 24/7, and there is a licensed nurse on-site. Residents receive individualized care, which includes medication management and assistance with mobility or activities of daily living. Memory care patients are monitored with the Vigil Dementia System.

Amenities at the facility are extensive and designed to optimize residentsâ€™ health and enjoyment of life. The rooms are nice and the facilities are beautiful. Outdoor areas are kept nice. The staff only do the bear minimum to care for patients. The nursing staff rolls their eyes when you approach for help. They have a we know best attitude, which is at the detriment of the patient.

They saved mom's life! She fell, pulled light. Got help in seconds!!! Check on residents every morning.

They do not have enough staff the call lights ring for more than 20 minutes most every time I'm there (we finally moved mom out). Some of the people that live here have food on there shirts and/or pants while the staff are in the common areas gossiping or on cell phones. Hopefully you don't have to call in the evening hours- it's like a ghost town and no one will answer. I have ate here several times but I'd rather eat out.

My father is at The Inn, and he's in the memory care area. They have been very helpful, and so far, it's good. The staff was caring and engaged in getting to know him and taking care of his personal preferences.

The Inn was pretty new and had assisted living and memory care. The memory care area was locked down, it was one of the nicest, and the rooms were pretty small. They have cute little areas designed like a 50s diner and a couple other little themed things, and I thought that was very nice. The assisted living had bigger living rooms, a very nice main area, and was nice and open. The main road that they’re on was busy.

I love the staff at The Inn at Olentangy Trail. We had gone in to visit a bunch of times, and there was Ali, who would always give us a tour whenever we needed it, no matter what she was doing. She knew all of the residents' names. All of the residents would always talk to each other and to us and welcomed us to their community. Everyone there seemed to like their food. The place was very clean. They had church services there and a little chapel. They allow pets, which is good. The thing that stood out for me was the people who work there -- how nice they are and how much they care about their residents.

My mom has been at The Inn at Olentangy Trail. It has been an excellent facility. They have very caring staff, good food, and excellent care. The place is clean. It is also a beautiful facility. I thought the other facility we visited is very nice, but The Inn at Olentangy Trail, that's obviously our favorite. She has been there for four years. It is a great place.

My mom is in The Inn At Olentangy Trail. It is a beautiful facility. My main complaint is that I do not feel they have enough aides. The people are very nice. They do the best they can.

My wife goes to The Inn at Olentangy every week, and we are more familiar with that. The rooms were very nice, and they have sensors in their rooms so that if they go to the bathroom, they know. The food was very good. They have bingo, games, and crafts for their activities.
