Our rates are all-inclusive and include:
- All care services
- All routine medical supplies, including incontinence supplies

The only extras will be medications and beauty shop services. Our rates start at $7,950 and vary depending on the size of suite selected (all are fully furnished private suites with full private baths). If you do some rate comparisons, you’ll find that we are comparable to other centers when you take into account that our rates are all-inclusive and we provide more care due to our exceptional staffing levels.

My father is at The Ganzhorn Suites. I chose it for three primary reasons. One, they have very nice facilities, second staff were all very friendly and caring, third, it's very close to my home. The residents each have their apartment and it's quite large for that kind of facility. The rest of the facility is set up almost like a family home. They have their meals in a residential kitchen environment. They have a living room with a TV, a sunroom, and a very nice walled-in garden in the back. It's just very nice. I know they have things going on all the time. My dad is not such that he can share with me realistically what he participates in. I know that he has spoken highly of the food since he's been there. One of the other facilities that I looked at, cost a little bit more per month and didn't come close to providing the facilities and the environment that Ganzhorn does. This was just far away much better than anything else I saw.

Ganzhorn Suites is so brand new, they didn’t even have residents yet in the new area. They’re pretty much all memory care and try to make it feel like their home. They are the first place I've seen that has an induction stove in the common area. I did like that they have an area outside where people can go, but they can’t escape; they had on bracelets.

Mom has a very comfortable room at The Ganzhorn Suites, and the people are very attentive. They take very good care of her, and she has improved a lot in the three weeks that she has been there. The staff is wonderful. I have tried the food, and it is very good. They do all sorts of things, like card games and physical and occupational therapy. It is a beautiful, light, airy, and brand-new place. The staff is very conscious of attending to the patients. The facility is very pleasant. So far, we are very happy with this place.
