Run away as fast as you can from The Bristol. Ever increasing costs. Unresponsive and indifferent administrative staff. Uncaring and VERY sparse aides and nurses.
Mediocre food at best.
Almost nothing that was promoted actually occurred. We moved our parent to another facility.

Don’t get sucked into the beauty of the building. We were lied to about the care from day 1. It should only be an independent living facility. The management were condescending, showed no compassion, and never followed through. We moved out after 5 months.

The Bristol just checks all the boxes. It is beautiful. It's brand new. The food is good. The staff is nice. The apartment's very nice, too, and my mom is going to have a beautiful balcony when she moves in. The size of the rooms is so nice. It has lots of closets and she is going to have her own storage space.
They have activities directors that come in and help. They have 24-hour nursing care, which was important to me, where a nurse practitioner comes in three times a week to the facility.
They have a theater, a little cafe, beautiful walking grounds, which look over to a scenic park, a couple of really nice terraced patios that you can look out on, and a market that is right next door that you can walk to.

I toured The Bristol, and I loved it. The room is beautiful, very spacious, and very nice. They have a restaurant-type dining area.
