I have visited Canfield Place. Sue was the one who took me around on a tour, and she was very nice. They were having a night at the races, and she called me and invited me and my mom. They also had entertainment outside and they do a lot for the senior citizens. It's a very nice place, I'd like for my dad to go there. They're still under the COVID restrictions as far as wearing a mask, I didn't, or else you couldn't go in like that. That's for the protection of the people. Mike met me at the door and he gave me a tour. He was very, very friendly, the staff was very friendly. More open than the other place. But maybe it was the time of day. I liked it very much. They have a room for an upscale price for my dad that would fit his king-size bed. They're doing all kinds of things, they have dinners for the family like on holiday especially. They have rooms people decorate from past things happening in our city. We used to have a still mill and different things, and they let them bring pictures in. Then they have a hallway with all their servicemen and women's pictures up, which was very nice. So they honored the veterans. There's a barbershop, there's a place for therapy. We were more concerned with my dad's bed fitting into a room, so they showed me several different rooms. They're very nice people, and they showed me the menus and they look really good. Mike, the main person I dealt with, introduced me to a lot of people there. If you didn't like their main entree, you can substitute, and they have a chef that cooks.

Canfield Place is a nice place. My dad likes it there. Out of all the places we saw, we just liked the people there the most and I had a good feeling about the way they talked to us. The staff is very, very friendly and very helpful. My dad's room is like a hotel room. It's very nice and clean. You can put it the way you want it. I was there when he ate a couple of times and so far he loves the food. They do chair exercises and they also take them out to for activities.

I did a tour of Canfield Place. We were just looking for a respite for a few weeks for my mom. The room I saw was nice. It was rather little, on the small side. That was a little bit of something that I would have preferred, to be a little bit larger. Everything was clean. It didn't have an odor like when walking into someplace. The place looks nice. The people we met were friendly. We didn't meet too many people, but everybody seemed friendly. The place looks like a nice, organized, clean place. It looked like it would have been a safe place.
At that time, they had a musician; they were playing music and singing. It's wintertime, but the place from the outside, looks very nice too. It looked like a newer facility. The room was small, but it would have served its purpose. I thought it was on the small side, but it was clean. It had a microwave and a little refrigerator. It was organized. The bathroom was nice and big enough. I'll give the room a four.

We were able to tour Canfield Place and it was very nice. I saw everything about assisted living. I like the cleanliness. The rooms were very nice. The staff was friendly and very nice. They had a salon and an activity room and that kind of stuff. The layout was fine.

My cousin moved to Canfield Place. I've talked to the people, and they're very nice and try to help as much as they can. They're very cooperative in everything. The staff that I've dealt with were pretty nice. In terms of the food, I think they could serve a little bit more. My cousin thinks the food was fine because he's not a picky eater. When I went through there, I saw people coming and they do their exercises. I've seen people do puzzles. At the time, they were looking for a coordinator for activities. They've got a nice courtyard, and they're supposed to have someone come and do hair. In the room, they come in and take the trash out. The upkeep and cleanliness are OK; they're fine. I think the cost is a little high.

We love Canfield Place. It was very nice and very clean. It was expensive, but we liked that place. If we can make it work at some point, we would love for my mother to go there. Everybody was very pleasant and nice. The staff was wonderful. Little things were great, like when we got there, "Do you want any coffee? Do you want anything to drink?" They sat down with us. It was just a nice situation. It was nicely taken care of. The staff that we've spoken to seemed very pleasant and caring.

I toured Canfield Place for my mom. It was very nice and clean. The residents looked clean, and they looked happy. I did not taste the food, but it smelled really good coming out of the kitchen.
They have like a live husband and wife team that was like a band. They had live singing and instrument playing. I was only there for like an hour or so. They were very nice.

My husband is in rehab right now, but he has a place in Canfield Place. He fell and broke his hip, so I don't know what it will be when he goes back. He's only been there a little bit, but it seems fine to me. The layout seems fine, and the staff is friendly. Everything seems alright. It's just the location. It's closer to my daughter than to me. He says the food is fine. The facility seems nice and clean.

My mom is supposed to move in today to Canfield Place. We've signed papers, paid for it, and we're moving her furniture. The staff is wonderful, very informative, and very friendly. We actually went and toured the place. It was very clean and well maintained, the food smelled wonderful, and the place was very small. We were very pleased with just about anything when we went there. They still have some activities they are able to do, like bingo and different things.

It was great. We almost put her in there, but we ended up in the hospital, and now she is in a physical rehab facility. We moved her furniture already, the staff helped us, and they were very nice about it. They gave us back our check; they were very kind and understanding. Its a very nice facility with very nice people. The staff was great and very helpful. The rooms were very nice and clean. The only thing that I was a little concerned about the room that they had available for her was that it was a bit too far maybe for her to travel in her condition in a walker to the dining room. The dining room was nice enough for what it was -- clean and fine.
They seemed to have a lot of things for them to do; they have a beauty shop available, they can bring podiatrist in to have her to be taken care of, and you even have your own beautician if you want. The place was very secure, and they have all the doors locked. I like the fact that they have all levels of care. The only restriction is feeding tube; other than that they would be able to keep her, and that was pretty nice. It's a place that I would be comfortable with her being in.

It was nice and clean. It was close to my home, and that was my second choice. The kid I talked to, whose name was Joe, he was wonderful. The rooms were very nice and very spacious. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I would definitely recommend it. The facility is really nice and very clean. The director showed me around and I saw that they have very nice people working there.

I really love this place. I would love to put my mom in this facility but it's just that my mom has Alzheimer's and the program doesn't provide the extensive care that my mom needs.
I was really surprised about how they treated everyone. And Rachel from that facility, actually came out to our house, met my mom and brought her cookies because my mom really loves cookies. And we even had a lunch delivered to us courtesy of Rachel and I was really surprised! That was really something!
