He was laying in own vomit all night then it dried up and when we went to visit he said no one came when he pushed the button for help and he was still laying in dried up vomit you can see it on the blanket it's all yellow. I have the picture if they want to lie about it! I'm not surprised he's dead now. The care there is awful he said he hated it there and he didn't like the people that work there his own words. He obviously had to lay in his own vomit and feces in this dump.

Piqua Manor is a rehab place. It is for people who had surgery and are being sent away from the hospital but are not ready to be home yet. They also have one hall for people who have long term issues. My brother was there when he had a stroke; that's why we chose it. The staff is extremely friendly. They are very concerned about all their patients. My dad is really happy there. They let him use a walker, and they exercise him. They encourage him to come out and eat his meals in the dining area. They take care to make sure he isn't eating things that are going to upset him because he has a delicate stomach. They have a very nice dining area, and they have good food. They let him bring his trombone, and he plays sometimes for the other residents. He is 96, so he is really quite old. The security is good, and they have a bracelet that they put on their ankles so they can't get out the door in the hallway, and the front door is locked most of the time.
