My mother has resided at Amber Park for almost 3 years. Although a difficult transition for her, the staff has been attentive and compassionate. She is now very happy in her apartment . Mark, Rebecca , Tanika, Debbie , and all employees , have gone above and beyond. I am grateful for their kindness and dedication to her comfort.

Having been involved in managing the care of multiple family members in multiple facilities and different states, I would like to offer a few comments about the Amber Park facility in Pickerington.
My father became a resident almost 4 years ago, shortly after my mother died. I can truly say that the quality of his life improved immensely and he was blessed to find a home there. Every facility or employee is going to have a bad moment here and there when stressed that might become the focus of a brief snapshot visit. However, over many visits and a great deal of time, I can sincerely say that the staff of Amber Park was always considerate and helpful. Most of them went above and beyond on a daily basis, showing a caring spirit and compassion that makes all the difference when your loved one is in need of support and you can't be right there all the time. It brought my family and me great peace of mind as we came to trust and depend on the individuals at Amber Park.
We tell everyone we meet about this wonderful resource in Pickerington and would strongly recommend that you consider it if you or a loved one is searching for a supportive community.

Amber Park Assisted Living was very bright. Their accommodations were good. The residents had a bedroom and then their own living space. They had a kitchenette, but not a kitchen because all of the meals are cooked in the dining room. So all of the people who stay there have access to breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and then there is always food and drinks available 24/7. They had a lot of activities, and they said you can be as involved or as uninvolved as you want to be; there is no pressure. It was very open, very friendly, and we looked at the length of time that nurses had been there, the staffing and whatever, and we are very impressed with the longevity of the staff. If I was in need, I wouldn't hesitate to go there.

Huge thanks to the Amber Park staff for making the transition to Assisted Living for my Aunt remarkably hopeful. My Aunts biggest complaint about living alone, and not being able to get around is that she feels "lonely" Within moments of her arrival at Amber Park, she had made four new friends, and found her sense of humor again....
