We toured Paramount Senior Living at Middleburg Heights. It was very nice, but it was a little out of our budget. They had a lovely interior courtyard. The rooms were very nicely appointed with a nice bathroom. They had a little kitchenette area with a refrigerator. The staff was very nice and very helpful.

My mother stayed in Paramount Senior Living at Middleburg Heights for respite. They were very friendly. It was very clean. They seemed genuinely concerned about my mother's welfare. Her room was very clean, it was pretty. It was really nice. It was perfect for Mom for what we needed. The facilities were a little older than some of the places I saw.

I am most impressed at the Paramount Senior Living at Middleburg Heights. It was a very, very nice, clean, and organized facility. They have very good staff. It is a very nice place. I'm very impressed with the facility as well as the people I met. We were all fully masked, so I'm sure they're following all the legal protocols.

Paramount Senior Living at Middleburg Heights is a beautiful assisted living place and the staff was nice. To be honest, I wouldn't have any doubt about going there. The facility was very clean and very well kept. You can tell everything is very new and very fresh. Everything is crisp and clean. The menu was fine. They told us about the options and what they can do for my mom. It's a good place, I was very impressed by it. I saw some seniors around, but most of them were just sitting reading, and the rest probably went to their room. The staff member was nice, friendly, and very informative.

My mother moved into Paramount Senior Living at Middleburg Heights. It's been a good experience. She has a one-bedroom apartment with a sink but no kitchen. Everything looks good; that's why I chose it. My mom says she enjoys the food, and she has engaged in a few activities. She's artistic and crafty. The staff is very accommodating.

I didn't like the room at Paramount Senior Living at Middleburg Heights. The room was U-shaped, so a lot of the space wasn't usable. It was like a hallway, so you really couldn't do anything with some of the space. The food was good. The residents were going on a tour while I was waiting for the staff to come. The building was older, and it didn't impress me overall even though it's close to my house. They had a salon, a chapel, and a nice courtyard that you can go out into. The dining area was nice, and I saw the artwork and all the projects that the residents did.

This is a perfect size community. They’ve just started renovating as they just took over in Oct 2018 but the changes look good, with still keeping that home-like feel that we really liked here. Everyone is so friendly & helpful. Not only are the already very reasonable for what they offer, but they have truly great incentives in addition! We started this process very stressed and overwhelmed but after our first here our worries were put to ease. We got so many questions answered and additional helpful information we would never have thought to ask or even known about! I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt this was an important one. Since at some point we all will be at the point that our loved ones needs have changed and we want to give them the best life and best care, finding someone/someplace that will listen and who will provide further help to make this process as easy as possible is a miracle! We are forever greatful for all the time and attention you gave us and that’s how we know when we finally now sleep at night, we made not only the right decision but the best decision!!!

It was nice. It was our third choice. I like the place. The staff members were very nice. We saw a studio, which was what we wanted to see.

My dad is here. So far, so good. The staff is really nice, cooperative, answer any questions, and work with me. My dad is happy. They have cooking classes where they make pizza together, volleyball, and little activities once a day that keep him out of his room. That means a lot.

Everybody was very nice, they were very informative and they followed me up. They gave me everything I needed to know. They were fantastic and I can’t say enough about them. The facility was lovely and the rooms were very nice and adequate.

The facility was nice and clean, but the rooms were too small. Everybody was very nice. I was not really paying attention very much with this facility because mom said she didn’t like the rooms.
