Moved Mom in, in May of 2016. It was like a piece of heaven for both Mom and I. The apartments are so nice and the staff from aides, to admin to nursing are all wonderful. They treat each resident and the family members of residents all with a huge smile and hello and such respect. In Sept mom fell and broke a hip and as a result it created much more memory issues with Mom so I had to make the hard decision to move her into a new facility that was more suited to memory care needs of ALZ patience. Had there been nursing stations on each floor and 24 hour nursing I would not have moved Mom out at all and kept her there until her final days. I will miss seeing everyone there but will always give high recommendation to anyone looking for this type of care and living arrangements of a loved one.

The people at Crystal Water were very courteous, helpful, and friendly. They were very compassionate. The place was really clean, and I wouldn't mind living there myself. You could see that the patients were well cared for. The patients have their own room, their own things in there, and they seemed pretty happy. The rooms are spacious enough, and you could put your own things from home in there. I saw their dining facility was very nice and clean, and the people there were very busy. It was more of a restaurant style with round tables and everything. It seemed like a home type. It was very nice. I would recommend them, and I thought their best feature was the security and compassion there, especially when it had to do with Alzheimer's patients.

A number of people made a recommendation for Crystal Waters. It was in a list that we saw. It was well kept up. The people were extremely kind and did a great presentation for us, walked us through the whole place, spent 4 or 5 hours and let us go over everything. Their rooms are apartment complex. I like that the appointments are very good and the choices on what we could do to have her level of service. They offer them at four different levels. The staff is very good, no doubt about it. This is a very great facility.

Crystal Waters is a family-run retirement home in Strongsville, OH. My mother was a resident there until her health declined to the point that she could no longer function independently. When we were looking for a place for our mother to transition to from her own condeminium, my sister and my mother visited five places in the Cleveland area. They settled on Crystal Waters because of the cleanliness, friendly staff, affordability and strong Christian values. We were quite happy with facility and our mother spoke highly of it as well. She was happy with the food and the planned activities. She was able to make friends as well from among the other residents. She had good things to say about the staff although there were times that she felt they were a little slow. Mom had a serious problem develop with her back that was aggravated by a fall while at Crystal Waters. She was operated on and ended up in long-term hospital care. We continued to hold her apartment at Crystal Waters for 3-4 months because my mother always hoped to return there after her recovery. Unfortunately she never did bounce back from the surgery. I visited my mother on 4 occasions while she was at Crystal Waters and my own personal experience was extremely positive as well. The staff was friendly andprofessional and the place was clean.

I was pleased to see that my friend was staying at crystal waters. The people who work there are very friendly. When I visit there, they always talk to me and ask me how I am doing. They also know exactly who I am visiting. I am amazed at their service. Also, my friend is happy living there. They have great people who live there and always enjoy talking with each other and spend time together. Next, the food is above average. Finally, I am glad that my friend is at Crystal Waters.
