Franklin Plaza offers a skilled rehabilitation unit with private suites, a welcoming resident activity center with a library and computers, and a secured dementia unit. Many of our staff members have been with us for over ten years, and they take great pride in the care we provide. Our services include short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, skilled nursing, hospice care, and respite care.

This nursing home is horrible. They do not pay attention to the health of the residents. They do everything but work. They are only concerned with eating and talking on the phone. If you can move your loved one back home or to another facility, please do so. They neglect the resident's. On many occasions resident's have asked myself and my family members for help because the STNA's or nurses were no where to be found. This place will not take care of you or your family. My family and I wasn't lucky enough to save our loved one from the nursing home due to neglect. Please take heed.

This place I would not recommend. The stna's and aids where ghetto and only did here jobs when the doctors and supervisors were around. There was no compassion. It took me to tell the aids that my mothers health was declining, and to call the EMS. They was just going to let her die in her room. I took it as they treated her like that was normal for her and it wasn't. I pulled out real quick. I do NOT recommend Franklin plaza

My mother was at this facility and I loved the staff there. A nurse named Tiara deserves a gold star!! She was amazing with my mom. Everytime I called in she answered all of my questions, when I would visit my mother she had nothing but nice things to say. All of the staff were great I had no complaints about any of them. The building is beautiful inside, I love all the work they are putting into it. I would recommend this facility to anyone that needs rehab. The nurses and the therapy department are great!!

The staff is amazing, they went above and beyond my expectations. They really treated my loved one as if they were apart of their own family. I am highly impressed with the care and I would definitely recommend the facility.

This facility is deplorable, and that does not begin to cover this home. My friend has been found laying in his own waste more than once, and they took him to dinner in his dirty pants ! The nurses are rude, always somewhere other than the desk and at dinner, not one person helped a resiident with their meals. I am moving my friend out of this place immediatly, and doing everything in my power to make sure that Medicaid and Medicare know about this place. The funding keeps coming the place keeps running. Do not put your loved ones here- it is just terribly sad. I left with tears in my eyes at the thought of my friend spending one more day in this place.
