I came in for physical therapy. Therapist is wonderful. Aides are not good. I wasn’t ambulatory. I sat in urine for two and a half hours. Aide didn’t wash all the urine off. The pillow was still soaked. My back was still covered in urine. RNs were very caring.

Clean, Modern facility. Friendly, caring staff. Great physical therapy. Good food. My husband is very comfortable and pleased with the whole place! His room is beautiful.

Call lights are never around the residents, Hard to get any help in there, They are very rude, My mother in law was there for 5 Years, when she died they just threw all her belongs in boxes and trash bags breaking slot of her stuff, put the dirty clothes with the clean, even the ones she died in, Not one person came to the funeral, no flowers no nothing.

I have been here for about 1 1/2 years. The aides and the nurses are fantastic, longwait on call light sometimes, understaffed at times, but the physical therapy Is the best time ever.I have been to other facilities and there physical therapy department doesn’t even match what we have here, great people to work with, good equipment to work with, and the therapist are the best in the tri-state area

Some good people here but if your family member can not speak for themselves. Forget it they be left in the lunch room dirty faces dirty clothes and dippers if i had the money mine would be privately taken care of the only thing they care for here is money.hope someone takes care of them better than this should be sad of their owen actions

Fantastic facility. Very clean. ALL the Nurses, Stna's and staff very professional and friendly. Physical/Occupational therapy staff was very helpful and friendly.

Facility is very clean. Most staff are friendly. Some are more caring than others. Seems to be understaffed at times. Takes a long time to respond to call lights for elderly people.. Food could be better sometimes for elderly people. Is cold sometimes by the time residents get their food. Coffee is too strong and cold.

Family member has a few good nurses. However, long response times for elderly needing to use the restroom some nurses seemed bothered to have to care for resident. Perhaps too short staffed. Beautiful facility, smells clean., but sometimes a ghost town

Day time staff is friendly. However, the food is often cold when it is delivered and the coffee is luke-warm. They are understaffed - for example, wait time for a response is very long. This makes it difficult on an elderly person that needs to get to the restroom.

i was at arlington for rehab, they r wonderful , the rehab people are so nice but they need to read drs orders of the patient and c what they can do befor giving them the rehab, some people have issues befor they come there and seems like all they care about is what they came there for. we do have other issues and have some feelings for the pain u have other than rehab reasons. the place is great, people great just need more education on how sick the person is, and take that into consideration of how much someone can take, because the patient knows their lemits

My relative is in Arlington Pointe right now, and it has been great so far. It's a nursing home with a rehab center.
