Mansfield Place has been providing quality, individualized care for many years. Our pet friendly community was designed especially for those with limited mobility, so independence can be maintained considerably longer. We offer our residents the opportunity to thrive in mind and body by developing individual care plans to meet the needs of each resident. With a full-time licensed nurse available 24 hours a day to provide clinical oversight and coordination of care. Our attentive staff strives to ensure each resident's independence by offering engaging and fun activities like Rummy 500, Corn Hole Toss, and Cooking Club. Beyond our standard activities, residents suggest excursions based on individual interests and life experiences. We encourage these contributions to enhance the meaningful life we feel you and your loved one deserves.

We're working with Mansfield Place for my dad's respite care. The staff has been very caring to my father and tolerant of his eccentricities. They have been very open in their communication with the family, so we have been able to get any information we need at any given time, and any day. He has a lovely apartment-like room that's easy to navigate. It's clean, meets his needs, and is really pleasant for the family to visit him in. The facility also allows animals, and so we will be able to bring our dogs in to spend time with Dad, which he loves. We've not been unhappy in anything. It's not cheap, but it's private and none of your private facilities are cheap, so we're very happy with his placement there. It's something that if we can afford, we are considering long-term placement there.

My uncle has been a resident at Mansfield Place for nearly two years and we have been pleased with his personal care and all that he’s offered in the sun porch, outdoor courtyard, activities, family events as well as an environment much like home.
During this time of Covid19, we have appreciated the frequent contacts by email from several members of the staff at Mansfield Place as well as personal phone calls by Megan. Those things have helped us feel connected and offered us peace of mind since we cannot visit my uncle.
Megan has assisted my uncle with setting up “dining in” in his apartment, has encouraged him to walk more and practice his Physical Therapy exercises. All these things are so essential to maintaining his health.
We realize the responsibility given the staff is great and we can trust they have each resident’s best interest at the forefront of their care. This is the best place for my uncle to receive the care he needs.

My father had moved in just three weeks prior to the Covid 19 Quarantine so I was extremely apprehensive about the situation of not getting to see him, him not quite knowing the staff , surroundings and the routine quite yet, etc. etc. The staff has gone above and beyond in helping the residents (and family members!) adjust to this new normal. He is being cared for Very Well! Fortunately, my fathers apartment is on the outer edge of the building so that I can visit with him from just outside his window. He and his apartment both look clean and he is healthy and doing well. This is a huge relief to me!

Thankful to say that my MIL receives good care at the Mansfield Place. It is a small facility but very homey/cozy with a family feel ... unlike some of the larger area assisted livings which seemed a little more institutional. Have always found the staff to be pleasant and caring. During this COVID19 pandemic, they have done an admirable job of providing stimulating activities since visitors are unable to go in and out as before.

Mansfield Place continues to be a wonderful home for my father! The facility is decorated just like your own home, so comfortable when you walk in. There is a locked front door and you must be coded in/out by a staff member for the safety of all! Smiling friendly faces and hellos from staff and residents greet you!
The caring staff look out for the health and wellness of the residents, treating them with love like their own parent or grandparent. They are so patient, taking time to help each one with their specific level of needs and pay attention to the necessary details.
Residents enjoy a variety of activities and entertainment; daily, weekly, monthly, as well as family activities. All the holidays are celebrated with decorations and a lot of enthusiasm!
Each apartment has a kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave, full bathroom with shower, large walk-in closet and with plenty of room for your loved one’s furniture and personal things.
There is laundry service, housekeeping, three healthy meals served daily in the dining room plus snacks, a beauty shop weekly, maintenance person on staff as needed, foot doctor regularly, therapy is available in house with doctor’s orders, lovely garden room and outside enclosed garden/patio area.
A truly amazing place, they go above and beyond, making you feel like one big family!

It was OK. I only met the sales manager. I don’t think they remembered that they were supposed to meet me, so it was a little rocky to start, but OK overall. The rooms appeared pretty spacious and comfortable. It was a pretty nice place, overall.

I went for a tour, and everything was fine. The rooms were fine. The staff and administration were very nice, and the facility looked fine. The price was average.

The only one we visited was here. The staff was very nice. In fact, they have called several times since to check and see how my stepfather was doing and if he was able to come to their facility. The facility was nice, it wasn’t as fancy as the other facility but it was a lot cheaper. They have private rooms, which were nice. There wasn’t anything wrong with them. They were clean and everything. It seemed like everybody was happy.

The apartments were small, but they were nice. The staff was very friendly, very informative, and answered all our questions. There were people playing games, eating lunch, and getting their hair done. It was very active. There was a lot of variety in the menu choices, but we did not eat there.

It wasn't in a convenient location, but it was a nice facility. It was very comparable to the other facilities, but it's too big and not easily accessible for me to get to. They had exercise rooms and served all three meals. I liked the staff. They were very personable and answered any questions that I had. They were very nice and helpful.

I like that they had a nurse on-staff. I also like the setting of the apartment buildings and the individual rooms. The staff was pleasant. They had a little patio where you could take little walks, and they did have some type of outings.

We were quite familiar with it. My mother-in-law was there and I also knew several people in the facility. It's very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and always attentive to the visitors and to the residents. We have eaten there a couple of times and the food is good. It’s always lovely to visit in the sun room where we sometimes take a little snack and we eat there and visit with our friends.

The rooms seem very nice, but they are definitely not handicapped accessible, not for people in wheelchairs. Even if my dad could have afforded it, he couldn’t have moved in there because he could not maneuver in the bathrooms. It's a very nice place, but for people who are in a wheelchair, I would never recommend this facility.

My stepmom has Alzheimer's and she here. The facility is fairly nice and plain. The lady who works with us to get her in there is very helpful. The room is pretty small, but is has a little living room, a sink, a small refrigerator and a microwave.

The rooms seemed fine and their staff seemed nice. The real problem was my mother was under the impression that the prices of these facilities were all bad. We have to deal with the financing and sell our property if we were to put her in there. But we've decided not to put mom in any facility right now.
