My mom is a resident of Liberty Nursing Center Of Mansfield. Right now, the staff is great. I have no complaints. It's an older facility, but they're in the process of updating it. It's very clean. It does not smell. They have a nice visiting area.
There are activities. They're trying to get back into taking the residents out once a month; but because of COVID, they haven't been able to do that. They have activities like bingo, ice cream socials, balloon toss, and bowling.
The food has been great. One thing that mom has mentioned is that the portions are too big for her. It's been very good.
Pleased to know you

After my dad was hospitalized, he was placed in Liberty Nursing Center for rehab. Everybody seems really caring except for one nurse who didn't want to say anything except that he was fine, but she wouldn't give me any information when I would call. My dad was in a small room with a bathroom, a twin bed and a TV. He was doing therapy every day in his room.

I did Clinical s here and let me tell you I was not happy with what I saw. The alzheimer's residents were very poorly taken care of. I mean I am an Stna my self and a granddaughter so if it was my family being treated like that I would raise cane. Now once you leave the alzheimer's unit its completely different situation..
