Windsor Heights would have been the perfect place for what we're looking for. I liked that it was all on one floor. It had a homey feel to it. It didn't seem like a nursing facility. The services that they provided for memory care were quite exceptional. The two ladies that I met were extremely helpful. They answered all my questions. I was quite impressed with this place. They had larger rooms but they didn't have kitchen appliances like in assisted living, because they are exclusively memory care.

I toured Windsor Heights and I thought it was very good and clean. I think it's seven years old, but the carpet is fresh and it's well-decorated. The administrator that I spoke to was very kind, very nice, and knowledgeable. The rooms were fine, and just what my mother needed. It's a smaller room from what she's at now, but the price was right. I will be saving $1600 a month just by moving her, and then it's gone up 14 where she's at, so that would be about three grand that I'll be saving by moving her up there. I chose this place because of the appearance of the facility and after talking to the administrator.

I liked Windsor Heights. They just weren't more on point as far as cost and certain questions I asked them. The staff members were very professional and well dressed. I like that they had more staff on-site, aides, and LPNs. The facility was immaculate. I love the grounds. The residents seemed very well-groomed and were pretty much kind of just sitting around.

I really liked Windsor Heights Beachwood. It's really clean and didn't have any kind of weird odor. The lady took me to several rooms, and they were also clean. Everybody looked real happy. It's nice, open, bright and well-maintained. I liked it.

We will be moving my mom into Windsor Heights and one of the reasons why we chose them was the location. It's right off I-271 and right down the street from a hospital. It's very easy to access for both my sister and me. Also, the rooms were nice-sized. They had a large room available for my mom and they had some donated furniture in the room. They suggested that we move her in with the donated furniture first and then once they get her more acclimated, we can swap out furniture so we can put some more personal things in, but because we're doing this on such a short time crunch, they already had furniture there that we could use. They are very nice furniture, which makes a huge difference while trying to do it so quickly. There were more nurses on staff. Their courtyard was nice and large. The windows in the rooms were beautiful. The memory care area was very clean. They had different room size options for different budgets. It was very interactive and the staff were out and very engaged with the residents, which was nice. They called for a follow-up to see if we had any questions. They're actually waiving their community fee for me, so they've just been very accommodating. T

So far Windsor Heights gives excellent care to my husband, and it's very clean. It's very secure. He's very comfortable, and we have no complaints. He doesn't have a problem with eating anything, so I'm grateful for that. They don't allow him to be in the bed all day. They get him up and moving around. That part of the care is excellent for me.

Vanessa the Marketing girl has a true passion for helping others. She checks in and just makes us feel like this is the place for my mom. It’s a good feeling knowing people care. She took her time and showed us the building. This is all new and very scary for our family. Thank you Vanessa and the Windsor Heights team. We found a new home for mom. The apartments are smaller but Vanessa said they have the entire community to enjoy. They don’t want them sitting in the room all day.

My mom has moved into Windsor Heights. We chose it because it's a nice place that offers memory care, it's privately owned, and it's a safe place for outdoor as well as window visit so that I could see my mom on a regular basis. The staff members are very friendly, very personable and very compassionate. I haven't tried the food but I met the chef and he's highly recommended. He is a chef and a pastry baker. He is known to do good food. It is a very nice facility. It's all at one level, so you could actually go and do window visits throughout the whole property. Very nice offices. They have activities and they also have music therapy. Due to her care plan, it's competitive with other prices in the area.

Windsor Heights is a great place. The staff is amazing and they care. I am so happy that we found Windsor. The price is very reasonable. I love this community! Apartments are large and they have a great outdoor area. Music is always playing and residents are happy.

Windsor Heights was very clean, attractive and very bright. I like that all the residents seem to be involved, and if they're not involved they're out in the open enjoying people walking by. The staff seems to be very friendly and helpful, in fact, they came and evaluated my husband a couple of days later. I like this community, although the price was a little high and he needed more care than what I'm able to pay. They have a salon there as well.
