About This Community

Who says moving to a senior living community means giving up your sense of independence? Magnolia Springs embraces the fact you are your own person, different, unique, one-of-a-kind—with your own lifestyle, pursuits, and hopes for the future. Even better, we celebrate it! Each and every day. That’s just our way. The Magnolia Springs Way.

Not-for-Profit Community

As a not-for-profit community, our focus is on residents rather than investors—on the heart, not the pocketbook at Magnolia Springs. So you can feel confident your happiness, safety, and security are our top priorities—all within the context of a financially secure community.

Assisted Living. Count on assistance your way.

At Magnolia Springs, residents in Assisted Living enjoy freedom, choice, and flexibility even though they need a little assistance with the activities of daily living. The Magnolia Springs Way means you call the shots. Eat when you want. Sleep in or rise early. Be social or stay put. We’re just here to empower you to do it.

Before you move in, we take the time to work with you and your family to line up the individualized services that will make your life better—from assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming and medication reminders to personal laundry service. Once you’re settled in, we routinely evaluate services you receive to make sure they continue to meet your changing needs.

Memory Way. It’s memory care you can rely on.

Memory Way at Magnolia Springs embraces and celebrates everything our residents do—from dressing for the day to baking a cake or writing a letter. Using our nationally recognized Heartfelt CONNECTIONS™ Memory Care Program, we capture details about each resident’s family, friends, career, hobbies, likes, and dislikes. Then we apply that lasting legacy of details to daily activity programming—creating success stories one small victory at a time.

Inviting families to participate is also key to our program, so we host support group meetings. As a family member of a resident at Magnolia Way, you’ll gain a better understanding of the disease and how to make the most of your time visiting your loved one here.

My father was at Magnolia Springs Loveland. They had a very large dining hall, and the food there was excellent. The staff was really excellent, but they need to hire more nurses and assistant nursing staff. They seemed to have a lot of activities, but my dad wasn't able to participate in a lot of them. They had a beauty salon and a movie theater.

We liked Magnolia Springs Loveland. It's in the country and it's very beautiful, but my husband and I were looking for a bigger facility. The staff was extraordinary. The lady who took us around was super friendly and outgoing. She took us around and answered all our questions. Being able to live there and seeing her every day would be a pleasure. She was wonderful. The rooms were very unusually shaped and had a very creative space, closets, and kitchens. It's very modern and I like that. There was a garden out the back. I liked that they don't have extras. They're all included in one big price.

Nice space. Open and bright. One bed AL bedroom is a good size. Friendly staff. Very clean. Offers happy hour and activities each day. Memory care has several sitting areas that all look a bit different. Nice concept for dementia patients to give a sense of something new to see

Magnolia Springs Loveland was really, really nice. I think it's the nicest one I've visited. It's a new facility, and they were all very friendly and very nice. The layout was very nice. The location was good. It was excellent; it was right in town. The facility was new and was perfect. I have a dog, and they do take dogs. The unit that I looked at had a covered patio, and that was very nice. The staff was very friendly and very nice.

I have been there several times for events, tours, and to visit residents. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, easy to locate, and professional. Events are executed well and the food is great. This is a beautiful place. I would recommend to anyone looking for assisted living care.

My mother-in-law is in Magnolia Springs Loveland. When you walk in their main hall it makes a massive first impression. It makes you feel really good. It's very open and very light. The rooms are on the inside and they still have plenty of natural light from the windows, so it feels open. The ends of the hallways don't have rooms. There are sitting areas with windows, so it feels very open with natural light. Initially, the staff was over-the-top. The person I worked with directly was fantastic, and they seemed well coordinated to make sure that the director of the different departments stop in. They seem very well attuned and make you feel like they're very attentive. I've eaten there twice and both times it was very good.

We were almost decided on Magnolia Springs Loveland, because they were so nice and knowledgeable about what to do with my aunt. The young lady that I met with was very knowledgeable, and she offered me the best information out of all the places that I visited. She spoke about the memory care unit, and she spoke of things that I hadn't even thought about, like about residents feeling confused and not realizing that it's not her home now. I liked the fact that when I walked in, it felt more like a hotel than a senior community. They have movie nights for the residents, they have bingo, and there are other activities they can do as a group or individually. I really liked this place; I was sold on them before I found another place that was closer to me.

Everyone was very nice and super friendly in Magnolia Springs Loveland, and the food was good. I liked the rooms, but I didn't like the way the building was setup. It seemed like the halls looed homey. If I had to go there it wouldn't bother me at all, except that the location was not convenient for me. They also have a bus for the residents. I think they're really trying their hardest.

This facility is outstanding. Everyone from the executive director to the nurses to the aides are all above and beyond expectations. Communication with the families is phenomenal. It warms my heart to know my mother in law is being so well cared fore. She is in Memory Care at this facility. It stands out far and above where she was previously.
