Burton's Ridge was clean. The staff was very helpful. They had three meals a day although it didn't meet my mother's needs. They have a beauty shop, they have activities, and they have bingo. The dining area was very nice. The rooms were a little small. The outside was very beautiful. It's homey.

I went to the assisted living and memory care unit of Burton's Ridge and had a very informative visit. I talked to Jenna, and she was very helpful. Also I have met with an elder law attorney, and she was familiar with them and has worked with them before. The facility was very aesthetically pleasing. It was very pretty, and I liked the accommodations. I also liked the fact that my loved one can have both physical therapy and speech therapy while he's there. They have activities for them, and the meals are provided. The rooms come furnished with a small refrigerator and a microwave. They also have places where the residents can go to visit with their families or other residents. There also is an outside area that was closed in that they could also get to if they would like.

Burton Ridge is an assisting living/nursing home. My grandmother moved in there about three years ago. She is 87 years old. The staff has just been fantastic with her even though she is rather difficult. She has been handicapped for about 10 years and has trouble walking. The staff works with her on her physical therapy. Also, she has trouble hearing and refuses to go down to the cafeteria to eat with the other residents. It's because she has trouble walking and can't hear others talking. The employees there are great about letting us bring her food from the cafeteria and sending other residents to her room that she will get a long with. They are very understanding with her and quite patient. My family is very grateful for their hospitality.
