They don't have enough people to give care. The smell in the building is horrible and the people that live here don't get taken care of. The food is horrible, and my mom wasn't being given her medication or even worked with to try to get more mobile. NEGLECT. This place needs shut down.

I've never seen a worse nursing home. My mom originally went there because it was one of the only facilities who allowed it. She spent 11 years there. She would sit there for extended periods of time with her call light on and no one came in. The place always smelled like urine, probably because the poor residents are sitting in it all day. My mom shook so bad she couldn't feed herself anymore, no one would help her eat. I found out 5 days before she passed away, the family has to add them to a feed list. They cant see for themselves she needed help? 11 years they received a ridiculous amount of money from them and I didnt receive one call paying me respect. The only call I received was....this is so and so from 3 rivers letting you know your mom died tonight. Where are these peoples compassion?!?! Do not ever send anyone you know or love to this place!!!

Three Rivers, seemed to be in much need of an upgrade in both medical equipment and the building itself. The outside of the facility was clean looking and well maintained. Walking into the entrance there is a desk on the left which would normally be attended by a representative, had no one sitting there to answer questions or direct you to where you were going. The main entrance and living room area was very nice looking, clean and well maintained. Walking back into the floors where patient rooms were, made you feel as if you were walking into a different facility and a different year. The walls were in need of painting, and the floor had a very old, moldy, and dirty smell to it. The lighting was bad and seemed as if many bulbs were out. The patient room itself (at least the one in which my father was) looked as if it had the same hospital bed in it from the 1970's. It was in poor condition and the wheels looked very dirty. The floor base boards looked dirty and the closet door in the room was hanging off of the rolling tracks in which it opened. The television itself was old. I am not sure how any patient would have a pleasant experience here or would ever want to stay in their room.
