We used them for a very short amount of time. We were sent a nurse that did not know how to put in a Foley catheter (this was the main reason we needed a health care nurse). When we had appointment times for 10am the nurse would call after the appointment time to say she would be an hour or more late...then call again to say she would be late, one day this happened 3 times a 10am appointment was rescheduled for another day because she stated she had to much paperwork to do in the office....if this was the case then why did she not reschedule when calling the first time? We were suppose to get an aide for a shower once a week but the aide would never show up or call. In a 3 month time she only came the first initial visit never to be seen again. If I could rate them a 0 I would but unfortunately this was not an option.

The last home care person I had, I ended up cooking for them, cleaning up after them leaving messes behind, and I didn’t need that kind of help; so I am able and I have taught myself to change myself. I have PT's and OT’s coming in and other help from Pinnacle, but no care help because I can take care of myself now. How I got Pinnacle was through my doctor. He felt that I needed it because I was in a medical bed and couldn’t do things for myself so he called these people. They're also associated with VPA (Visiting Physicians Association) where I have a doctor coming with a nurse every month. With Pinnacle I have a nurse that was coming twice a week, now once a week; I have a PT that comes three times a week, an OT that comes twice a week, and a bath lady that comes twice a week. I would highly recommend Pinnacle to anybody but they will have to go through their physician to get it. When they make an appointment, they say they’re coming on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, they’re here. They’re all wonderful, easy to talk to, easy to understand, very helpful and allowing you within what your capabilities are. It’s very good service.
