I was disappointed in the facility. My family was not permitted to visit prior to our family member being placed there. Room was dirty. Staff was not helpful. Spent more time on their phones than doing their jobs. Appointment needed prior to visiting so they can clean up your family member. The list of patients being visited is on the nurse's station counter with a note advising staff to make sure resident is clean. So sad to see how the elderly are being treated at this facility.
