My wife is a resident of the Birchwood facility. I am the spouse of Margaret D. who means more to me than I can Explain or express. I am so pleased with the care she receives . The room is well cared for even as is the whole facility I have witnessed. As a family member I have had good repour with staff members who are very friendly. Margaret is a people person and likes when staff speaks with her.I am so happy God has led us to this facility and I live just few minutes away.

My husband was at Birchwood Care Center for almost 2 years. I was so glad I found them. The staff is amazing. They are like a family as they all work together to do what is needed. Any issues I ever had they were able to handle it immediately. I guess I can describe it best when my son said "Mom, you found a good place for Dad".

My husband's grandmother is a resident at Birchwood. Every time we go to see her we are always so impressed with how welcoming the staff is. The staff always says hi and is quick to help however they can. Since being at Birchwood, she has met many friends and is eating like a queen! Before we moved her into Birchwood she was super thin and weak but she has perked up and is eating like she should! We are so happy she is in a great place and really enjoying it!

I have known the owner and Administrator in this facility for over 10 years and trust that they ensure the care each patient receives is excellent. This facility has an intimate feel right when you walk in and the receptionist treats you like family. Everyone seems happy to work there that I have met and are helpful when asked. I recently referred my close family friend Mary and felt the experience from referral to move in was very smooth because of all the guidance Kelli in Admissions, and Tami and Amanda in social work offered us. They even provided us a Medicaid specialists assistance for free! At Mary’s first care conference, they impressed me with a thorough breakdown from every speciality and you could tell they really cared for her. Mary has gained healthy weight since moving in and always says how much she likes the people there when I visit! Thank you Birchwood team:)

She's in Birchwood Care Center now. The reason we selected it is because of the location. The staff seems fine. The attending physician there is outstanding. She hasn't complained about the food so I guess it's OK. The room has a bathroom but it doesn’t have a door. It has a curtain across it. It's clean; it's adequate.
