Middleton, conveniently located off route 37 at the corner of Weaver Drive and Columbus Road, in the village of Granville, Ohio provides gracious retirement living for seniors looking for peace and comfort in a relaxed-caring environment. Middleton does not have a large entry fee or endowment. Residents are served by providing superior, yet reasonably priced accommodations and services in a peaceful, quiet resort-like atmosphere. Living options include independent, assisted living and memory care residences. A unique "Select Your Care" program includes six levels of care, which allows residents to live life on their own terms, while enjoying the company of others in a community setting. Licensed 24-hour nursing staff is available to monitor healthcare needs for those residents needing assistance with personal care and daily living activities.

My mother was a resident at Middleton and we truly couldn't have picked a more caring and loving place for her to spend her last years. My mom was a very social person and she absolutely loved participating in all the activities offered throughout the day. Her favorite activity was Antiques Road Show! I appreciated how the staff cared enough about her that if she didn't show up to an activity, they would go to her room, check on her, and ask her if she wanted to attend. Her apartment was beautiful, and she really felt at home there. I can't say enough about the staff. They were truly caring and loved on her as if she was their own mom. Middleton is the BEST and we are forever grateful for the care they gave my mom.

Making the decision or helping a parent(s) make the decision to enter a Senior Living community is not an easy task. Middleton's entire staff made this much easier for my Dad to leave his home and joint their community. He was resident in Assisted Living for three years and transitioned into Memory Care for a year. Myself, and entire family were always welcome to visit, dine, attend facility events and inquire about his wellbeing with staff. Middleton has a variety of events, activities and educational guest available to residents of all physical and 'intellect' levels. Dad was not a 'bingo player' and he'd tell you : ) But there where so many other activities (mostly music for him) that he was never without something social to do. Staff made it a seamless move when Dad required to be paced in Memory Care. The healthcare and medical attention he was given at while there was beyond the call of normal nursing. He loved the staff and as they say, "loved where he lived".

The Middleton is great, my parents have been residents there since July 2019. They take care to ensure needs of the residents and families are met. They have been open and forthcoming with all questions and concerns.

My mother is very happy living at Middleton. She enjoys many of the activities, including the exercise classes, balloon volleyball, bingo, entertainers, and outings in the Middleton van. She has made many new friends and looks forward to joining them in the beautiful dining room for meals. Mom’s room and private bath are perfect for her. I love that every member of the staff knows my mother’s name. The servers in the dining room not only know her name, they know she loves ketchup on EVERYTHING. The nursing staff is caring, knowledgable and extremely competent, and I appreciate how well they keep me informed. We really enjoy the many family events Middleton hosts each year. The recent Octoberfest was really fun. Every time I walk into the front door at Middleton, I am greeted like family, and am so happy knowing my mother is there living happily and safely.

Middleton Senior Living is a beautiful facility. The staff member who gave me the tour was very helpful, caring, and answered all my questions. The dining area was very nice. They were a lot of activities and they were interacting with the residents there. They were playing games.

We have a breakfast group that meets every other month at Middleton. Max, Middleton Community Relations Director, and the staff do an outstanding job in hosting us. The food and facilities are very good.

It has been excellent. There have been the usual happening that occur at a new facility due to personnel shortage. Overall, things are excellent as the facility and the procedures are improving. I would recommend to anyone.

I feel she is safe. They are so patient with our loved ones. They get the residents involved. The staff calls residents by their names. They smile and say hello. It takes special people to work with memory care people. They are that special. I can sleep!

I have received excellent services. The staff, aides, nursing have been wonderful. We just need to remember this is a new facility and there are things that need worked on - nothing major. The food has been wonderful. I would and have recommended the facility to many people.

My father, who is 94, moved to Middleton in May of 2016 after living independently. It was his choice, after seeing the beautiful facility, to make his move to assisted living. The staff has been outstanding with attention to every detail of his needs.

Middleton is a brand-new facility. It is very nice, but it's so large that it just didn't feel warm and homey. It seemed a little cold and for memory care, I thought my father needed to be in a smaller area where he wouldn't have difficulty finding places. It's a quarter of a mile just to walk around the outside hallway facility. Even though it's new, it did not feel very friendly.
