Wesley Woods at New Albany was excellent. The staff was very helpful and just very nice. We loved the facility. It's newer (about 4 to 5 years old). We looked at the villa, which was an independent living patio home, and I thought that was the best unit I've seen so far of all of them we visited. The only downside to the whole thing was the location. I'm not familiar with the area and they did not have a pool. Other than that, the staff, the facilities, and the amenities were all top of the line. It was a very good tour experience.

My dad was in Wesley Woods at New Albany. I really liked that place, they were very good, but it was pretty pricey. The rooms were nicer than the other place, the food was good, and he liked it. The facility was clean, neat, and all the help was very good when it came to caring for my dad. On the outside it was manicured, and really nice. He would have been alive if we hadn't left there.

The general appearance of Wesley Woods was good. Everything was very good. The staff who accommodated us was excellent. We had a lunch there that was excellent. The two-bedroom was laid out very well and was well accommodated.

Wesley Woods at New Albany was brand new and very pleasant. The person who gave us the tour was accommodating. The dining area was very pleasant and very big.
