Clovernook Health Care Pavilion is great and you couldn't ask for a better place. The price though is pretty steep. The staff is excellent and my mother-in-law gets what she needs. The dining area is great. They have quite a few shows and my mother-in-law enjoys those.

My mother was at the Clovernook facility from April of 2015 until she passed away on February 20, 2017. I can't say enough about what Diana Warmoth (my administrative point of contact) and the incredibly caring nursing staff did to allow for as peaceful a transition as possible for my mom. The nurses went above and beyond to always ensure my mom's needs were being met and they treated my mom with dignity and respect! And what a blessing Diana was to me as she showed unending patience in regard to my ineptitude about the Medicaid process and my multitude of other questions. Words can't properly convey what a burden the entire staff at Clovernook lifted off me by handling everything they did. For that I will always be grateful.

This place was great for the longest time. I was actually very impressed with the staff and the facility. But.... All things of course have to come to and end. Just discovered this passing Mother's Day that my grandmother was recently abused here. Thanks a lot for that. You managed to nearly put my mammaw in a panic attack because her 88 year old mother has a bloody and black eye.

My mom was in Clover Nook, an assisted nursing care which is an older facility. Race-wise it was more mixed so they had gospel singing and all kinds of stuff going on. So it seems to me that it's a little more fun. They seem like they have more workers here. I didn't see anyone being neglected.

This is a smaller facility that is on a quiet street. It has a nice outdoor area with lots of trees. The facility itself is older, but they try to keep it clean and in good repair. The food was pretty standard, nothing my grandmother really loved, but nothing too terrible most of the time. They tried to serve healthy things. The rooms were on the smaller side, esp. if the residents had to share rooms. For a while my grandmother had to share a room, and it was not very convenient or private. They were able to move her to a private room when one opened up for an additional fee. The nurses and aides were generally friendly and kind, with some obviously being better than others. There never seemed to be quite enough though. My mom visited my grandmother almost every day, and so the nurses always made sure to take good care of my grandmother or my mom would complain. I would worry about patients getting enough care, or being turned enough, etc. if they did not have someone to visit and check up on them regularly.
