My friend is in Randall Residence of Tipp City now. She moved into their assisted living in November, and it's been very nice. Sometimes they're late with the medication. Aside from that, everything else seems to be working out OK.
One thing I know is that everything seems really easily accessible. Her room is near the front, which is great. The dining facilities and everything is clean and fresh. They decorate. They're taking all the precautions they need to do because of COVID. The food actually looks like it's out in a restaurant.
The staff is very caring and helpful. The building is up-to-date, and they care about how it looks. They have nice services like taking patients to doctor's appointments and providing them with little outings. They have crafts for the ladies and gentlemen too. Even the residents have been very welcoming to me, and I don't even know them. It's expensive there, but I would say she's getting her money's worth.

My mother recently moved into the Randall Residence after it became clear that she was not able to live on her own any longer. The staff was wonderful in helping her to make the transition. Everyone has been very caring and has treated her with such warmth and kindness. Plus, her new home is clean and bright and she’s happy in her new surroundings. There is a whole range of interesting activities to take part in and the social side of life there has benefitted her. Plus, the food is very good.
In the period leading up to my mother’s move, Tammy and Connie helped me put interim care in place while my mother was still at home. Some of these caregivers have followed her to Randall, which has made for continuity and eased the transition.
I’m happy that we chose Randall and I know that my mother is receiving excellent care there.

Randall Residence was very nice but a little bit too pricey. The staff was pleasant, very talkative, and gave us answers. The apartments were adequate and would suit our needs, but it was just too expensive for what they offered. The activities appeared to be very well planned. The security, amenities, and dining area were very good.

What a blessing to have such a great facility in Miami County. The Facility is maintained beautifully with a great atmosphere. However it is the people that make this place so special. The staff and management provide top service and are always willing to go "the extra mile" to make my father feel like family. Dad is treated with respect , kindness and everyone knows his name. Great food and activities. I cannot say enough good things about Randall Residence.

We are so happy with Randall facility and staff. Dad was feeling like a resident well before moving in. Everyone made him feel very welcome, and showed they truly care for all of their residents.

We visited The Randall House (Randall Residence). I love it. It was awesome. They have a little chapel and a little workout room. Most of people have their own little patio outside their doors. The rooms were very spacious. I just love Randall House. They did have activities. They even have a woodworking room for the men.
