Health oncerns about living conditions. My parent is 90 years old. The neighbors chemical smell comes into her apartment. In the last four days straight.. We wash down walls spray bleach, but then it comes back. My parent has lived here over 10 years and we never have smelled anything like this.. This has been on going since her new neighbors moved in. In last four days there has been chemical smells.. What can be done? I've tried talking about it to management.

I am the daughter of a resident. I have no words to express my LOVE for Stratford Place. It is gorgeous, it is well managed, my mother can afford it. I would give it ten stars!

Stratford Place is close to the places I want to be and it's located where I wanted to live. It's small enough that I could get to know the people in the building and big enough that there are good support services here if I ever need them. The rooms are comfortable. I have a nice-sized living room and bedroom, a bathroom that's already set up to become accessible and quite large to accommodate a wheelchair if needed. It has adequate storage, a nice kitchen, an air conditioning and heating that I control myself. It's a friendly place and just right for me.
