Danbury in Westerville was one of the newer facilities that I saw. The staff was so helpful. They gave me a comprehensive tour explaining everything and showing me different rooms. I was able to see the one- and two-bedroom apartments, and they were very nice. They were spacious enough for one person to live in, and I liked it a lot. They had a large amount of activities to choose from. They also had a variety of food to choose from. I think that everybody would be able to find anything they like to eat there. They had a salon and a library. In this facility, you can go from independent living to assisted living to a higher level of care without moving out of your room.

The rooms were very nice, and I really liked the amenities. They had an art room, movie room, and a pub where you could have your family visit. The people were very friendly. I had lunch, and it was kind of average, but the dining area was very pleasant. I like the idea that they were part of a community.

We found it for my parents. The people are very nice, and friendly. The rooms are very nice. We have one of the smaller ones. Food is good. They have visits once a week like to the zoo or to the Franklin Park Conservatory. They take them to the grocery store once per month. They have dogs that come in to visit with them. They have singers come in to sing for them.

I live a couple blocks from here, and we liked what we saw very much. They answered my questions just fine, and I think I may go there someday. It's quite a new facility -- only a couple years old -- so it's still quite nice. They had some trips, and they had rooms where individuals were playing some games and doing some puzzles. That had been my first choice primarily because I know some people there, and I'm familiar with the street this facility is in.

It is pretty new. It was clean, and the staff is well done. I do not think they are on top as far as things to do, but I think are trying. I think the presentation of walking in the lobby kind of caught our eye, and the presentation of the people who gave us the tour was very nice. I have tried the food a couple of times. At first it was very good, and as time went by, their portions have become smaller, and the food is not that great. They are short on activities, and I would like to see them have more activities for the residents. They have a lovely pool place, and my ex-husband Phil is teaching pool there.

It has a very nice building. The rooms were very nice, roomy, clean, and seemed always repainted. The staff were also very good.
